This little store is located in the La Floresta shopping center in Brea. After dinner at Jimmy's Famous American Tavern, we leisurely stopped by here and found some cute clothing and accessories! Although there were some fun styles here, I was a bit surprised by the lack of selection. It would have been nice to see well-stock racks with a lot more apparel. I overheard other people comment on this exact same issue while we perused the clothing. This store has some cute and affordable items. I'd like to see this store improve their selection and really do well. This store is such a nice addition to this great little shopping center! read more

Love this little boutique store! They always have cute clothing and hard to leave without an item or two! The ladies here are super sweet and will suggest some extra items that matches what you're looking for! Good quality, current styles and trends but pieces go fast so if you see it, like it...buy it! I'm a regular at the Brea location and have ordered online too. Just remember their return policy is a bit short so commit to your purchase or return early. Happy retail therapy to you! read more

Cute shop in Brea, I was in the area and wanted to check out a few things here. They always have cute quality clothes, I was looking for some cozy sweaters for an upcoming trip. They have a variety of tops, bottoms & cute cards & household items. This store is located on Imperial Highway in the same shopping center as Whole Foods in Village at La Floresta. There's a good amount of parking & lots of other shops and quick dining spots such as Capital Noodle Bar & Slapfish. read more

Stitch and feather has my heart! I came in on Sunday night in desperate need of something to wear in a photoshoot the next day for my new job. Katy was so nice and helpful to me, and I could tell she really cared for my needs. She suggested specific pieces she thought would work best for me and they were PERFECT. She even insisted on steaming all my new pieces before I left the store- so thoughtful of Katy. I then got rung up by Megan who was lovely to talk to and very accommodating. Stitch and Feather sells trendy boho style clothes. The store does a very good job presenting and organizing the clothes racks. The aesthetic is nice. The reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the handful of things I've bought there have not withstood a wash or have been low quality despite how expensive they were. I am in love with this place because they offer chic, classy and reasonable price pieces that won't break your bank account. The quality is very decent considering the price and all the staff here are friendly and this location has pretty good selections of clothing, sunglasses and jewelry. Parking here is not bad but it could get busy during rush hours but still able to find parking might be just a little bits farther. read more

I was eating at Urban Plates and my friend and I wanted to take a quick walk around the shops to let our food digest- we stumbled upon this cute boutique. Store is very big, but has limited options. Style is very boho and reminds me of Free People. Actually, I think I saw a couple of Free People items in there. A few downsides are they're pretty much out of smalls for almost every item, it's quite pricey, and no returns- store credit or exchange only. Jewelry is very pretty and dainty. It's also actually reasonably priced but unfortunately does not have many options either (I'm referring to ring sizes). I'll probably come back after going to Urban Plates and hopefully this time around they will have my size. read more

I walked into the store for the first time with a friend after lunch and they he two female employees were too busy talking to each other to acknowledge our presence. Another customer walked in after us, she wasn't greeted either and walked out. We were in the store for 15 + minutes looking at the cute stuff. Those two never budged and never even looked in our direction. Even though there were things I would have purchased, I walked out. Never have I ever had such an experience. Even a fake "hi how can we help you" would have been less insulting. read more

First time visiting this new Brea location and nothing but great things to say! Store is large, well lit and really cute interior. They have a large selection of boho, trendy, chic, relaxed, and casual clothing. Dresses, flowy tops, jeans, sweaters, lace bralettes, tanks, tees, hats- S&F has it all. Love the selection of accessories and jewelry! Lots of dainty gold and silver necklaces and well-made bracelets, earrings and rings. No cheapies here! Plenty of unique finds, gifts, kitchenware items, candle accessories, patterned throws and cute cocktail books. Customer service was great, girls were very helpful and just genuinely sweet. I am glad to say I did not share the same poor experience as previous yelpers. I had a brief introduction to the city of Brea today and we so happened to stop by this cute little plaza. The storefront is very inviting and the merchandising did an excellent job and nudging me to walk in. In the first couple of minutes, I've already seen five things I want to try on. It was my first time at Stich and feather and I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. The range I saw was between $20-$99 depending on the item. Dresses are $50 on average, jeans and shoes are on the higher end. I was greeted and helped by the store associate although I don't recall her checking up on me while I was in the change room. Out of the five things I tried on, I made one purchase. I was pleasantly surprised this place had a two-week return policy. I would definitely return! I wish they had a location closer to home read more

I'm from Chicago, but my husband is from Southern California. I came along with him last year to visit his family, and now whenever we come back, I HAVE to come to Stitch and Feather! I've been to this location and the one in Fullerton. I absolutely love the selection of clothing and accessories and they are reasonably priced. I see some comments mention a lack of customer service. Honestly, I've never personally experienced that. I used to work in retail (including Nordstrom) and I personally like a shopping experience free from employees checking on me every other minute. The employees here checked in on me enough to let me know they cared, but not so much it was overwhelming. Overall a fantastic experience :) read more

I have always been a department kind of gal. In part I feel like you have more selection plus, more sizes available and also you have a better price on the item. Today I have been converted into a boutique gal! Just discovered adorable boutique! Love at first site, besides my husband of course. This place has lot of gray pieces and the design and fabrics are so beautiful. The best part one of a kind pieces and prices are amazing. Look like you spend thousands with only spending a 3rd of that. Young gals are so friendly. They get new pieces every week. Let me start by saying Stitch and Feather is my favorite store. I'm a regular at the Fullerton and Seal Beach location. This locations customer service was a let down. I am very used to being greeted and getting assistance at Fullerton and Seal but I was never greeted or offered any assistance at Brea. Well they got a us a dressing room when I asked but that was the extent of any interaction. It's a shame because I think their location is the best with the most selection but the customer service is better at the other locations. read more

Great location & stylish clothes. I love that they have high quality jeans, shoes, & accessories while having affordable clothing to have a variety to choose from. Very attentive & helpful customer service every time I've shopped there too. Girls here are the best! Honestly any of their stores they have some great customer service. This was my first time shopping since after quarantine so felt like a kid in a candy store with all the new clothes. Everything I found and tried on fit amazing. You can find some very cute pieces here and it's not too pricey. You do have to look a little and many times, I came in and didn't find something I really liked, but I was happy to go home with some cute and lightweight pieces today. I like how they have some timeless, staple pieces, too. There was a worker who was helping me with a great attitude. She has short wavy blonde hair and she made the shopping experience so pleasant with her friendly energy. The other workers were helpful as well. I see what some of the Yelpers mean about the service - usually it is excellent, but sometimes one can end up being helped by the rare employee who doe not seem very interested in customer service. But, overall, this store is a gem. It carries clothing for most tastes - cute, but not too trendy, good variety, very reasonable price points and some is made in the USA (so hard to find!). Stitch and Feather also carries gift-type items - they have an assortment of uncommon,quality items, making it easy to find something for someone at the last minute. read more

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Upon entering I was greeted by friendly staff . I haven't been in a retail store since Covid started so it was nice to get out . While browsing I was able to spark a conversation with both Mariah and Marisa . The both were so sweet , friendly and authentic . No pushy sales service , just genuinely wanted to know how my day was etc . This location had a nice selection of items , from clothes to accessories and small home goods . They also have Lack of Colors hats, which I left with and am so happy I purchased it . I don't live near by but when I am in town I definitely will be back . This is one of my favorite boutiques. I love the casual, youthful style of their clothing and the overall vibe of the store is so bright, trendy, and fun! If I am ever in need of a casual going out outfit this is usually the first place I look. This location also has kitchen and office goods that make cute gifts. A few cons about this boutique: sizing is usually limited (small sizes run out fast, and your size may not be the same for everything). Pieces are usually in the $35-$50 range but not always made from the highest quality material. I think the biggest con would be their return policy- which only allows store credit, not cash refunds. I would definitely recommend checking this place out, just be sure to try on before you buy! read more

Such a cute store!! I've driven by and seen the sign a few times, but never imagined it was a store I would like. For some reason, I thought it was a furniture store or home furnishings store. Random, I know. But luckily, my husband and I were in the mood for exploring after eating lunch in the plaza. The store has clothes, accessories, greeting cards, and home items (water bottles, candles, etc.) and I really wanted to buy a lot of things! I have mild Plantar Fasciitis and finding the right shoe can be quite tricky. For years I had been getting all my shoes at Converse (thinking no support was the best for my circumstances) and my visits were short. I knew what isle to go to and what size I needed. The biggest part of my choice was the color. Anywho. Fast forward to my visit to the Brea Mall in July of 2023. I went to Journey's, Foot Locker, and The Finish Line inside of Macy's. Each visit was HORRIBLE. Little to no customer service. I had to go and ask for help or shoes to try on. Asking about the shoes got me shoulder shrugs and "I don't know" answers. So my recent visit (September 20th, 20223) was a shocker! I came in with the very low expectation of sub par customer service. My first was visit was at The Finish Line, since that was where I found my most recent pair of shoes. Fortunately, the shoe I wanted was no longer in stock and the customer service was a tad better than the previous but nothing to warrant my business. Subsequently I walked into Shoe Palace which happened to be adjacent to my exit. I went in apprehensively thinking my experience would be anything less than desirable. Immediately, I was greeted with a huge smiling face and help was offered. "Ana" (Anayeli), would be my hero for the evening. I told her I was looking for something that had little arch support and something that wasn't too narrow. Off like a canon, she spouted out a suggestion and walked me over to the shoe wall. She pointed out 3 types and I asked if I could try on 2 of the 3. There she went again, like a bolt of lighting! She raced back and handed me the shoes to try. With the right amount of timing she came back and checked on me. I told her I was just curious to see how the 3rd shoe option felt. POOF! She was gone and back in an instant with the shoe. From now on Shoe Palace has my business going forward! I might be a little spoiled with Ana's super great customer service and hustle. Can I call and ask for her prior to my visit? HAHAHA. ... but seriously though, can I? Shoe Palace! You have a rockstar on your hands, commend her to the highest praise!

Sadly they only had a size 9 and I'm a size 9.5 girlie. I tried the size 9 but there wasn't enough for any wiggle room! Even my toes said "Girl, absolutely not!" I asked the friendly and helpful staff member for a 9.5 or a 10 however this particular shoe only run in full sizes. They didn't find any in stock but he found them on their online website and offered to order them for me and the price was the same sale price! I was excited! And then it gets better! I saw online they had another color and I asked that I wanted to order the other pair too! The price was also on sale! SCORE! I asked the kind staff member to ship the merch to the store since my apartment building is always locked and it's such a stressful situation to try to catch the delivery person, it's almost an Olympic sport! Meanwhile I spotted a cute brown pair of New Balance sneakers but I didn't see them in my size. I searched high, low, left, right and NOTHING! I asked one of the kind and friendly staff members if somehow he might find a pair in my size! Then suddenly he shows up with a pair in my size like he pulled them out of a hidden shoe portal! I don't know how he did it but I wasn't questioning the process! While trying on the NB sneakers the same staff member brought me a pair of cream colored Brooks sneakers in my size! He told me they're close as it gets to the Hoka sneakers in terms of comfort and quality. And honestly he wasn't lying , they felt amazing! Even my husband caught the shoe buying bug that he got a pair of Crocs! He totally love them! Did I buy more shoes than I needed? Absolutely! Do I regret it? NAH! Not even a little! Great prices, amazing shoes, and customer service worthy of a standing ovation! I'll definitely come back for more "I'm just browsing" moments that somehow turns into a full blown shopping spree!

She took the time to analyze my gait, explained that I have low arches and a neutral stride, and helped me find the perfect shoe. I ended up with the Saucony Ride 18 plus Superfeet inserts with maximum cushioning, and I can already tell these are going to be game-changers for my training. What I appreciated most was that Nicolette didn't rush me, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how to break in the shoes properly. She genuinely cared about getting me into the right shoe for MY feet and MY running goals. The store had great Black Friday sales too, which was a nice bonus. I come here pretty often because my son likes the variety of shoes that they provide. Most of the…read moreemployees are pretty welcoming, but I was always enlightened to see the old general manager in the store since she helped us out no issue. I asked one of the workers about her and they told me that she unfortunately moved stores... even asked who her replacement was and was upset to hear that it was the new lady that wasn't welcoming at all. You could tell she wasn't enthusiastic when we walked in and basically avoided helping us get a shoe, letting some of the other workers do the work. Being BIPOC, it's always disheartening being avoided in service areas since you can't tell if it's discrimination-based or just genuine dislike for the job lol. Overall, I will most likely be traveling to a different store to avoid feeling uncomfortable and hope that things change at this one! Shout out to the normal workers though, they're awesome!
