GasLamp Too always gets a stop-by when we are out exploring the antique/specialty furniture scene…read morein and around Nashville! The original GasLamp location is just right around the corner from this location...they needed to expand, so they did it right and got a second location that you can walk to from the original! GasLamp Too is a massive antique mall that has hundreds of vendor stalls with items ranging from mid-century furniture, jewelry, artwork, holiday décor, clothing, new-build chairs and tables, records, toys and much much more! GasLamp Too is king of hidden, but if you follow the signs then you will be solid! They are located right off of Powell Place. Turn at the light where Home Depot and Staples are and right before you enter Staples make a sharp left and follow that all the way to the end and here you will find a small sign on the building letting you know you have reached GasLamp Too! As mentioned, this place is massive. One thing I really enjoy about GasLamp Too is while they have a lot of items, the place is super spacious with well mapped out aisles and stalls. Additionally, none off the stalls are overran with goods. All the stalls are organized and have an appropriate amount of goods. So, that is definitely a welcome change from some of the overwhelming antique shops I have been to! Overall, we are fans of GasLamp Too! We usually swing through each visit and I will say that the selection of items is always hit and miss, but that is the fun of an antique shop and what they are at their core, so we never get upset about it!

There's always new unique and interesting array of inventory, and the dealers do such a good job!…read more The staff is super friendly and helpful, too!

This is a HORRIBLE store! The so-called "security guard" was less interested in the alarm going off…read morein the shoe department than he was running his mouth and laughing with staff. I watched the woman rip the security cord off and set the alarm off. The dude literally watched me purchase a pair of shoes. He DEMANDED I show him my receipt. During my entire encounter with him, I repeatedly mentioned the alarm. Not ONCE did he respond to me. Come to Ross's where the honest can be treated like criminals!!!!

I don't appreciate being treated like some sort of criminal. I went and found a couple of pairs of…read morepants and a belt I wanted to try on. I get to the fitting room and they tell me I can't take the belt back there. I try on the pair of pants as I was originally wearing gym shorts and I come back out to try the belt on. They have an alarm tag on the belt. I asked if they could take it off and they said to go up front. They take the tag off the belts I picked out and they don't fit. When I went find a belt that fit, I saw another pair of pants and a shirt that I wanted to try on. I went to the fitting room for a third or fourth time and they ask me to show them the items and put them on the rack. They give a third degree about having to have them on hangers and after they out the two pairs of pants back on hangers (that I was planning on buying) they're like go back to the room. I try them on and they don't fit. When I go out, I put the two pieces of clothes on the rack that I wasn't gonna buy and they're like you need to put all 4 pieces of clothes on the rack. I showed the clothes and was like I'm buying these. She preceded to tell me that all the clothes needed to be on the hanger and put them back on after she counts them and checks the pockets. When I got to the front, there was a line that wasn't moving so I just threw the clothes on a shelf and walked out. I had $50-100 worth of clothes that I was gonna be buying. I'm sure Walmart would gladly take my money and not treat me like I'm some criminal who's gonna shoplift.
