This is not for the faint of heart. First off if you've been thrift shopping you should know the goodwill brand. This is one of the few outlet stores in town. This is where the regular goodwill items come to die. It is brought out in carts and sold by the pound. When they bring out the carts there is an armed officer doing the countdown and when he releases the chaos begins. If you are rookie at this stand back and let the pros rummage. I enjoy coming here to look for discounted toys and books. I've noticed these items get overlooked so I've found a ton of steals. read more

The bad won't like this store. The good will. It's one of the worst Goodwill stores I've been to, and is a total mess, and it would take you hours to find anything. The people running it are not friendly, not surprising, at Goodwill I mean they never usually are, but especially not here. So even though I do appreciate the service they're doing and the prices you can get, I don't come here if I can help it... but at the same time some of the comments in the other reviews are pretty nasty and the store itself is a massive headache, but not as bad as some say. read more

I was glad Goodwill social media team invited me back to the store after they replied my post on Instagram. After months of store closing, I was really concerned where is can drop off my donation again. Believe or not, Goodwill stores are essential business to this community. Regardless of what they sell inside, they have programs to train workers and help them to be a part of our neighborhood. This store went through a facelift and name updated to "Goodwill Outlet Store" at the beginning of the year. Then, it was closed during the month due to CoVid19 concerns. It used to be a full scale "Select Store". It is now an outlet style store with different displays. The difference is perception. You can still find bargains but require a little digging. For me, digging takes too much energy. I'd rather donate what I don't need from my house. It's been 4 months of working from home. I've realized I have excessive clothes not gonna fit when this pendamic is over. Time for another spring cleaning and take them to Goodwill Donation Center again. read more

So I LOVE a goodwill outlet store. I will happily dig in the bins for hours. My low rating isn't for the store itself it's for the management. If you have been to a Goodwill outlet then you know there are the customers who come first thing in the morning and stay all day. They have their shopping carts that they keep lined up against the wall covered in a blanket so no one can see what they have, which is fine, EXCEPT the store only has about a dozen shopping baskets, so unless you're here right at opening you will not get the use of a cart. (GW management, please please get more shopping carts at this location.) My other issue is no matter how long the line gets, they will never have more than one employee checking people out. I come at least once a week and regularly stand in line for over 40 minutes. There are plenty of employees working, just not at the register. Clearly it's not a priority to keep the line moving quickly out the door. I have been to Goodwill outlet stores in several states and across Texas and this is the only one that I've seen that runs like this. read more

I mean, it's what you expect from the Goodwill Outlet. It's definitely not the cleanest and thrifting here is an acquired skill. It's very dusty and bins will sometimes have a vile stench, so I would recommend wearing a mask and using gloves. As someone whose not a seasoned Goodwill Bins Thrifter I would only go here with the intent to stay a few hours and camp for new bins in order to get anything worthwhile. read more

This place is not the place to actually shop. The place is actually pretty dirty and very unorganized. The bathroom is nasty but still used it because I suffer from kidney stones and I had no choice. No prices listed and they charge you by how much it weighs. I do not recommend this place at all read more

Old managers let the store decay, letting carts lose wheels, popping breakers, etc, but at least they didn't drive off 20 customers in a 10 minute span like the new manager just did. She kicked a customer out for filming in the store, but this customer has been coming since opening day almost 6 years ago and filming, to the point that during one event the manager at the time asked him to film for them. The new manager is rude and has an attitude of "it doesn't matter if you leave, there'll be more customers", but neglects to realize if everyone that liked your store gets kicked out, nobody's getting recommended to your store. The lack of foresight she has is incredible. I've been coming to this location since before it was an outlet store, and I'm not returning after today, and while that makes me sad, this place isn't worth dealing with while the new manager is in charge. read more

this goodwill sells by the pound for clothes and is super cheap. amazing deals on books too. staff were friendly.

I go to goodwills very often and this place is the most unprofessional. The manager was absolutely rude when I asked her questions. I let it go but when I went to pay for my items, the employee made a mistake and right in front of me, she was being outrageous to the employee. Everyone does make mistakes and she could've just waited for the customers to leave to have a private conversation with him. I felt extremely bad for the employee because he was embarrassed and she used her position against him since she was the manager. It's absolutely unacceptable of how rude she was to him. Other than that, clean store, greats finds, and besides the manager all the staffs are friendly. read more

Typically you can find great quality content at Goodwill however this particular location is a definite misfit. Upon visiting clothing and household items were just thrown into buckets , and spread out onto tables. Of course this would mean the word " disorganized" as a grand understatement. Especially during a pandemic organization and cleanliness should be at the top of the list , but apparently for this location those factors weren't even a runner up. read more

This store is usually good for finding vintage dishes, cookware, and glasses. The store is usually clean and the staff very non-existent. Tonight I mopped in a pile of dust bunnies and trash the person sweeping the floor saw she swept her crap on me and kept moving like she didn't even after I gave her a look of disbelief and a coworker shot her a look of disbelief she turned around not saying a word I guess pissed that she would now have to re-sweep the area. The Computer Section (Computer Works) at this Goodwill has some really nice computers, computer hardware, monitors, electronics, gadgets, etc. It's a great place for cheap computer parts or electronics, and you really get a lot for your money. There's always something nice to buy in the store. read more

I've been coming to this goodwill for years. Never had a bad experience, I buy clothes from thrift stores all the time! This one African American male rang me up. And he put 4.99 for a toddler dress and I told him not being rude or anything if toddler dresses are 2.99 because the sign says 2t-5t 2.99 and he had this dumb look on his face He went by saying I was going by the color tags, which color tags are there for discount on certain weeks. Which I asked the nice lady which I really like if she could ring me up , I guess he got upset and with a really loud voice told me just so you'll know I'm her manager! And I asked the lady he's manager or management, he butted in and loudly said yes I am!! Shaking his head like he was getting "crunk" managers should be more professional!! His costumer service is really BAD!!!! He needs to get re-trained! I don't know how he got to "management" position. Lose the attitude ! If you don't like your job work somewhere else ;) read more
