The new way they are running this store is horrible. The front doors are disabled during bin rotation so in the event of a fire or other catastrophe they have to be manually moved. They are suggesting 6 ft distance between shoppers , however.. they pile everyone up on the perimeter of the store during rotations. No social distancing at all! read more

This place is crazy, in various ways. It can be a little intimidating the first time you go, and I definitely recommend bringing gloves and/or hand sanitizer. That said, I've gone several times now and found some interesting treasures. It's basically Goodwill-type goods (and then some) thrown in big plastic tubs. Some will have Goodwill tags on them, other items I'm pretty sure have never been sorted (e.g. half-full soda bottles). Because things are thrown in here, there may be broken pieces, some of which maybe contained a liquid - thus, bring gloves. There's basically five categories - books, furniture, clothes, a glass case with specially picked items, and everything else. The tubs are rotated out every now and then, and serious pickers flock to the new ones brought out. There's a ton of toys and old electronics there, so maybe a good place for looking for parts. This past time I went, stuff was $1.19/lb and hardcover books were 75¢ (I think paperbacks are 25¢). For ~$5 I got a reusable cooler bag, a roasting rack I plan to use for crafts, an unopened picture frame, some Beanie Babies (sue me), a shoe brush, a sewing guide, several like-new maps of Canada, and an early 1900s book about energy. It's a little gross, but there are interesting and useful things to be found and the hunt is part of the thrill. For better or worse, it also gives one some perspective of the amount of stuff that gets junked by society. read more

Have you ever seen toddlers at a birthday party gathering around the table for cake? Or those future brides lined up from the day before at that New York wedding dress sale? Yeah, that's what being at this Goodwill Outlet experience reminded me of. Utter confusion and chaos. So every hour the staff changes out bins in different sections like home, clothes, books, etc. however being a first timer you are thrown into shock cuz there is yelling by the staff to get out the way so you don't get ran over by a large blue cart. Now in my check in I said I found out about this outlet thru a YouTuber Taco_Stacks but his video looked like a walk thru a butterfly garden compared to mine. I know your question in your head is can I find good stuff and the answer is yes. Please be aware it's a bit crazy as I mentioned the changing bins, other shoppers hovering like vultures, being told not to touch the tables until the employees say go and/or other shoppers grabbing stuff and hoarding stuff in covered up cart. Overall, after I got the jist of the store I did find a few things like a newborn sweater and hat, some J.Crew women's pants(almost new) and about ten kid books for donation all for the total of around $5, is a good deal in my book. Warning: please be aware that ALL KINDS of CRAZINESS goes into these bins, broken objects, sharp items(knives), trash, etc., so be careful when shopping. Bring gloves!!! Dirty place that smelled like urine and body odor. This place is extremely dirty and just looks sketchy even from the parking lot. I did get a few good items. This specific one was definitely a one & done type deal. read more

One of the lower-end goodwill outlets. The staff here are all very rude and lie. The employees bringing out the bins practically shove you out of the way without any words or kindly asking you to move. On this particular day, my family and I walked in and found a phone left in the bin. There was another woman looking for her phone had them go over the intercom about it so my mom turned this phone in. The woman said no that wasnt her phone and the cashier gave us back the phone, stating that it was our choice whether or not to leave it in their hands. Nothing was said to the manager prior to us finishing checking out, but miraculously about a minute after we left the store, both general managers run out and one claims she called corporate and got confirmation that we HAVE to leave it with them. Excuse my language, but how in the HELL does someone call someone else and have time to have a full conversation then proceed to run after us in less than two minutes. It DOESN'T HAPPEN. The female general manager at this location straight up lied to us and had one of her friends or whoever block our car in until we gave it to them! My mom had already contacted another number on the phone who texted saying the phone was lost at this point, so it was completely childish for them to lie and block us in as we were already planning to return it ourselves. At least with us the phone would have made it back to the owner. Highly doubt it will with those thieves holding onto it. read more

Can get a lot for a great price. Sometime you find some good things and some times you dont its just the draw of the game. The few issues that should be addressed is that they have their kids running round the store with no supervision and the employees do not do anything. As well as the people getting there when they open and staying until close just to pick out the good stuff then put 99 percent of it back at the end of the night so noone else can get it. If they would change those 2 things my rating could go up read more

It is what it is. Super cheap, but it takes a lot of effort to find anything. If you're willing to dig and search, you can find anything.

This is an Outlet where many items are sold by the pound. Experienced shoppers wear gloves because of broken glass and sharp objects. Items are unsorted in bins that are switched out regularly through the day. Competition can be fierce when the bins are switched, and it takes time to learn the system. The employees were friendly and helpful. read more

Best goodwill I've ever been in things sold by the pound I got 2 whole carts full and only paid $30

I didn't have my cell phone with me when I walked in so I wasn't 100% certain of the time. 4 or 5 of the employees started yelling "closed". I just wanted to run by the bins and see if there was anything exciting. When I got back to my car and my cell phone I saw that they were in fact open for another 10 minutes. Very low class. Very disrespectful. Not only to me but also to whomever the manager was. Seems like telling people you were closing could be handled in a polite non personal way. Those loud mouthed low class chumps were obviously still on the clock. They weren't hanging around yelling at customers for free. Store needs to replace those otherwise unemployable low lifes. If they ever find another job, perhaps they will respect it and any customers who go there and their manager whose place it is to communicate with the customers. The manager who lets these bottom of the barrel cretins behave that way needs some serious retraining if not dismissal. Other GoodWill Outlets are not this despicable. Thank heavens. read more

Here it is!! I have no idea why the board of health allows this place to operate!! I've been in on several occasions here is a list of items I've found in the bins! Molded Bread, Dirty Diapers Several, Broken car windshield glass, Chemicals (dumped on items in the bins), broken glass panels sticking straight up hidden under items, piss saturated clothing (almost like the employees have pissed in the bin before rolling it out). Worst of all uncapped hypodermic needles & when I pointed them out to an employee he just shrugged his shoulders! UNBELIEVABLE!! Other outlets are not like this! Ironically the bathrooms are spotless! Now there are leaks in the roof where rainwater flows right in but thankfully they have the clothing bins to catch it. Employees are mostly rude I can't say I blame them after looking at their customers! If you don't believe this review just go in & check this place out for yourselves. read more
