Prices such as $2 for a tiny used roll of ribbon, $6 for a dirty planter, and $15-$20 for art for your home is crazy for a thrift store. Also, they have horrible water damage in their ceiling all over the place and haven't resolved it in the year it's been an issue. Mold can cause all kind of issues so I would never buy clothing from here anymore even if the prices were right. If they lowered their prices and fixed their water damage I would consider coming back, but until then I'll recommend skipping on this store.

The proceeds go to hospice care so you definitely will feel good anytime you make a purchase. Plus, the ladies that work there are all so friendly and helpful- but not over the top. They let you browse in peace and are always glad to answer questions and help out when necessary. It definitely requires patience and a willingness to dig through things because the store always has a lot of stuff, but it's usually always worth it. I've found great vintage dresses, beautiful African artwork, books, records, pottery and glassware, a gorgeous mid century gold floor lamp for $5, and more. The store was well stocked and extremely clean. I ended up buying a lot. Guess what the manager checked me out and held the door open because I ended up with a cart full. There are no shopping carts inside the store & I had to ask a customer who had one outside where they were located. They have them outside kinda hidden & very few of them available. The store is very crowded with lots of stuff/junk. John our cashier was exceptional! He was very patient in checking prices on a couple of items that had no price tags on it. It seemed that everyone else wanted to check out when my Mom & I were there so he had to call for backup which came right away. This definitely isn't a store that I would visit when I'm in town on each trip but maybe once a year.
