The managers at both Richmond store are great. frequently and find a lot of goodbyes often I give a lot of things away to my friends and family, but I do enjoy shopping in a mental thing for me. I have been shopping there since my husband passed away just to get out in socialize. I meet a lot of good people there as well as the Staff and Manager. I am almost a daily frequenter here. Every time is always a new fresh experience. It's like they change the racks over night. (Exaggerating) but really they have new things every day or every time I go and they always get better The quality and the price are excellent matches the prices fit the item without the need to barter (not that there is any bartering lol) but one leaves knowing they got their bang from their buck. Meh. The store was clean and easy to navigate. Didn't have much, but I don't know if that was due to covid or it's just how it's always been. Found a few gems in the book section, but other than that, everything was seriously lacking. This isn't the stores fault, I think? read more

9/25/22 I'm in line and the manager told me to go to his register, I procede to go to his register like he said and the employee working the other register gives me attitude because I'm not going to her register. So I explained to her that the manager told me to go to his register instead and she starts talking to me in Spanish (like I don't understand English), so I tell her in Spanish what her manager told me to do. She starts arguing with me (talking to herself) and then tells me "not paying attention" (like I wasn't going to be able to understand her speaking in English) and I told her it wasn't me not paying attention, it was them not giving the right instructions. Then, she told me that she doesn't get paid enough to deal with the situation. I wasn't the problem, there was no communication between her and her manager. You can't blame me for that!!!
