    Both missing 3. 17/20
    Michael G.

This store has workers that like to pick and choose the price/and discounts on there mood and who they like. These diapers are labeled 4.99 even though they are damaged and both have 17 out of 20 diapers. I asked can I get a mark down because there damaged and missing diapers. The lady said I have to ask. She sent them to a manager in the back and came back saying sorry but no, I won't mark down and there are non missing and telling me they charge 4.99 on all of these damage or not. This is ridiculous because just yesterday I bought 2 packs of 25 bed pads, with one marked down for being damaged. the same cashier charged me 3.99 for the second undamaged 25 pack of bed pads, I told him how on shelf there or packs of 10 bed pads undamaged for 4.99 even more then the 25 pack. I am loosing faith for this place because I watch my girlfriend on the regular buy clothes and wallets and find a smudge, or a tear, or maybe it was washed so much and give a discount every time...but yet an elderly disabled woman who needs these supplies to enjoy life in any kind of matter don't get the same respect. They allow discounts for useless reasons like a smudge but say screw you to the elderly and disabled.

This new Goodwill has some of the best selection I've seen in any thrift stores around town.

There was no one in the parking lot either. I really had my doubts about this store and wasn't planning on going back, but my mom wanted to go to one more thrift store and this one was the closest store. I'm glad we went. Monday was a different story. We arrived around 1 pm and the parking lot was busy and the rollaway gates were all pulled up and secured and you could see into the building though the glass windows. They have such nice displays in the windows. Lots of fine China. On there door they have a sign that says something about weave. I think they are run by weave and get their hand me downs from them. Or so I was told. I could be wrong so don't quote me. They have a good selection of clothing. The selection is small. It's nothing like the big thrift stores we have been visiting this weekend. Let's say small but mighty. I walked home with 2 pairs of dress pants. Ann Taylor and Talbots. They fit perfectly and under $3 each. I also got a White House Black Market blouse for $1.98. I wasn't in the market for dresses, but they had a lot of nice ones my size.

They have a large selection of vintage decorations. The prices are actually thrift store prices too. I recently went to get a dress and a cardigan for $8 for both. Service is very friendly and quick. When you walk in there is a sign on the door that says if an item doesn't have a tag then you can't buy it. And there is a security guard at the front door. I found lots of good deals. The most expensive item I bought was a winter coat for $17.23. It was in a size small and it fit perfect. It has a mickey mouse motif and mickey ears attached. I found a Las Vegas Raiders jersey, boys XL, which fit me perfect $12.92. It was new with out tags. I also found a SF Giants T Shirt that looked new. I found some other black tops, long and short sleeve. I found the cutest red minnie mouse sweatshirt but it was too short, too back because it was perfect. They also have lots of more expensive items mixed in. Such as Kings and Giants Jerseys. All well over $35. Compared to the teams stores it's still a good deal, but out of my price range for this shopping spree. These items are cheaper at the Goodwill Bootique in downtown Sacramento. I know because I've purchased several jerseys there. Everything is well organized by size and type of merchandise. They have long racks of clothing and a good variety of sizes. They have a rack of short sleeve tops, another rack of long sleeve tops, dresses, formal dresses, jackets, athletic tops, ect. Everything is so well sorted. They have colored tags on the merchandise. Each day they have different sales depending on the color of the tags 25%, 50%, and 75%. I only had a couple of the 25% off items. For those 2 items I saved $5.07. So for 5 items I paid $46.31. On average $9.26 each. Not a bad day Thrifting. Checkout is all self-serve. It's quite odd, but they have a lot of registers and someone helping out. They graciously took my coat and found a tag on it without me asking, which was great because I didn't even see it. I did see it on the Raiders jersey I bought and they removed that after I scanned it in to pay for it. They also have some new merchandise by the entrance of the store, those are not so good deals.

Awesome selection of vintage items, including clothing, linens, etc. Someone was using a clothing steamer to touch up an article of clothing before hanging it on the racks. Check it out!

This was my first time visiting Upscale Thrift and it is located near Freeport and Broadway. I loved this thrift store! I came in looking for something specific, which they unfortunately did not have, but I did end up finding a really nice glass bowl and glass jars for my sourdough bread baking era! They had so many beautiful glass items plus clothes, toys, jewelry, etc. Staff were very friendly and even let me know about their other location that might have had the specific items I was looking for. Most of the items were fairly priced - I even bought a fun pair of sunglasses for my daughter for like $5! If you like thrift shopping, I would definitely suggest checking out Upscale!
