This is a small 'hidden gem' thrift store. It just opened this year. Today marks the 3 month anniversary The owners compliment each other very well. The guy, Berry, is very outgoing and loves getting people to come to the store. The lady, Passion, is very laid back and chill. She decorates the place very well. You can find items like any other thrift store but it's laid out by color which is great. There are clothes for everyone and all ages, accessories, pet items, dishes, books and so many other items. I walked in and was the only customer. No one said anything. I said a happy Hello - nothing. It was impossible to move around the store. As there were boxes and bins in the aisles with one person hanging up clothing. Someone who may have been a manager entered the store and told a young man sitting at a table to do his timesheet, then left. There was another man eating chips sitting in a chair by the table. No one ever acknowledged I was in the store and it is a small space. I was interested in some glassware but felt generally uncomfortable and left. I hope things improve! read more

This is a great little "gem". I was moving my daughter out of her apartment in the Pocket area back to San Diego (school). We were surprised that local thrift shops weren't more willing to take her items. A lot of them were new-still with tags! I called the shop and spoke with Passion. I didn't know how tiny her shop was, but she was still willing to take some items. We spoke for a while and she was really kind, sweet and sorry that she couldn't take a lot of my items. I didn't take any pictures of the items we donated, but I'm sure they made someone happy. Blink and you'll miss it! So be sure to look for it when your GPS says "you've arrived". read more

First time here and I was pleasantly surprised. I walked in and was greeted by the store employee which was great. The place is quite small but there are a good amount of items to go through and sort out where you'll definitely find a good buy if you have patience. Proudly black owned in the Florin Road community it's good to support owners who are trying to make a change in the community. The four stars and not 5 were because of the organization. In my opinion the location could have been a little more organized to make it easier to sort and shop. But other than that, I'd recommend if you're an avid thrift shop seeker like I am. read more

They both have a great sense of fashion so they can help you arrange the perfect affordable outfit. They have literally everything there from jewelry, artwork, sunglasses, books, shoes to household items. You will find the gems you are looking for! This thrift store is also unique in that it is black owned (which is rare) and they believe in the importance of hiring youth. Check it out...you won't be disappointed!
