This is when he went to the front right when we walked out.

Bad Service didn't say welcome in when we walked in just stared at us. Then old man with lady hair was picking on customers and telling them their cart was in the way of the aisle when they were shopping in the same aisle as the cart . And then yelled at an old lady sitting down because the store was closing in 10 minutes telling her she needs to get up and leave the store if she isn't shopping then proceeds to pick on my son and daughter yelling at them telling them if they were going to buy their cart with their "allowance" and then told them they need to get out of the store. Then they told me about it but I told them just to leave it alone and he was hiding in the back until I walked out they pointed at him right when we walked out the store he came to the front.

It's not the best. It's not the worst. It's a Goodwill - how can you go wrong? The thing that I like about this particular Goodwill is its location in Scottsdale tends to get pretty good items, lightly used and ready to wear, or take home? We came to stock up on Thanksgiving accessories like gravy boats and extra forks and knives for the 14 guests that we are expecting this year. As is typical for me in the Goodwill I found many other items that I wanted and ended up spending a little more money than I expected. But hey, it's for a good cause. The other location in Scottsdale is slightly larger than this one, however I find this one to be a little more pleasant to deal with. Not as many people grabbing items that you want /have to compete for. While Hayden road continues to be under construction for the past year, it's a little bit hard to know when to turn in to the Goodwill, but you can go around the block and come in the side entrance if you miss the main entrance. Good hunting bargain hunters!

The people are nice, the prices are great and they have good junk; ok, good pre-owned treasures.

The store is very organized and has daily sales. When you first walk in look on the front racks to see the daily specials. There are two colors each day that are marked down half price. There is also a senior day on Tuesdays where you will receive a good discount. You will see the typical items. The women's clothing is separated by sleeveless, t shirts, blouses, short sleeve, long sleeve, knit, sweaters, jackets, athletic, skirts, pants, maternity, pj's & shorts. I went to the Savers in Scottsdale, AZ. You look up a comp and you would be saving $3 on an item for buying it there. as to say Ebay. I really hope pepole send them a strong message and stop shopping there. I know I found a few things but come on this is all donated items. Stop being so greedy. There are people who are on fixed incomes or people who are barely making it right now. One example was shirts with sports teams on them. They had them all at the front and what used to be under $10 was $15, 17. 20+. And any kind of shirt that looked like a jersey was behind the counter where you have to ask to see them. They are taking all the fun out of thrifting by trying to gouge people.

To walk around and see everything there is to offer is a joy and I do look forward to it…read more Looking back I have treated my daughter to the VIP Friday night tickets a few times now. This year though is different. It has become an event that you walk around and get ideas at. It is not an event the average and I do say average income person can afford. It is very very expensive and I'm wondering if the vendors have to pay such an outlandish fee to the owners that they have no choice but to mark their goods up so high to a price point no one can afford. We are in an economic downturn. We are headed toward a recession. To still charge $50 to get in on Friday night to get a cheap off brand of cooler and a $1 bag.... GREED I too, am a vendor elsewhere. I do know a little bit about what I'm talking about. During Covid I even reached out to the sisters tried emailing them regarding this. When people are hurting and we're in an economy like this I don't care if it's in Scottsdale or a hole in the wall town we've never heard of you just don't show your greed to the public you know what I mean? ‍ Just my opinion. Ps my 33-year-old daughter bought one little trinket item while there. That should tell you some thing especially when she's decorating her house. They are just too many things that you can go home and make yourself if you have a creative bone in your body
