I visit this thrift store several times a year, looking for used books. Their books selection is not very good, but their pricing is not bad. The one thing that stands out about this thrift store is that they have three dressing room rooms to try on clothing. I have visited several large thrift stores recently and they do not offer a dressing room to even try on clothing. Their pricing is OK, they have various sales weekly on specific colored tag items. I would say that their pricing on clothing is just a little bit lower than the other larger thrift stores. They have a general variety of items like most thrift stores. Fair selection of a variety of items. Today was 1/2 off the pink tags and senior/military day, so you have a potential of saving quite a bit of money. So you can definitely get more bang for your buck. Both women working at the register were very nice and helpful. Store has a great location right a crossed from Quick Trip and right along a main road. Definitely worth your time to stop and check it out! read more

Wasn't very impressed...Waaaay overpriced items. There wasn't much stock, which I understand isn't always in their control. However, I'm not paying retail for a Target brand shirt. Just disappointed in price points...kind of defeats the purpose of thrifting. read more

If you're a thrifter, this isn't a bad place to stop in every once and awhile. I had to do some digging but I found some things and more than one staffer greeted me, which was nice. This is a bit out of the way for me so I probably won't frequent here, but it's A-ok. read more

It's a very nice large store but it doesn't seem to be brightly lit, just well enough. While they have a very large selection of clothes, the whole place seems a little closed in, the isles can be a bit small. The toys and stuffed animals \ plushies are plentiful but the problem is they don;t have separate sections so they are stuffed in to the basket shelf's all together making it rather difficult to sort through and see if there's anything you want. There is also no separate sections for different sized toys or plushies so everything big and small is crammed into the area. The section for toys and plushies is good in size and has board games and puzzles on the top shelf but it feels like it was an afterthought. The book section is quite big and you can find all sorts of books in there. The electronics sections seems hardly worth it. Most you just find out dated things but if you are lucky you can find something good. The knock knack ot item area is very small. Mostly all you will find are Christmas stuff or some other holiday stuff. Rarely ever much of anything else. read more

If I could give the store zero I would. Never have I've been treated or my husband been treated so rudely by one of the employees. We had one box to donate our truck is too big to fit through the drive-through which is smaller than shit therefore we backed up and try to drop off a box she came running around the corner yelling profanities at us telling us she was going to call the cops when we're trying to donate something. Never again will we shop at this place or even visit or donate to this place or any other Goodwill because of her! read more

I called the store and asked if it was ok to donate a leather sofa, table and chairs, and some miscellaneous dishes. The associate stated it was fine as long as the furniture had no tears and was in decent condition. I0 min later I was at the store. My 2 young adult children an I start unloading the stuff. The older gentleman seemed very annoyed, was rude and grabbed stuff out of our hands when we asked where to put it. The young teenage/early adult was in the trailer but was unable to get the furniture out and couldn't figure out how to get it out so, I had to go in the trailer to help get the table/chairs out. I broke a chair that had already been repaired. A manager or "furniture approver" came out and yanked my couch out while I was lifting the end in the trailer. He broke off a small leg of the couch that unscrews. He said "It leans and has scratches so we can't take it." The younger employee tried to help lift it back into the trailer but was scared he was going to get stuck. The couch was put back into the trailer. The staff Broke My Couch and then wouldn't take it. Savers stated the couch was in fine condition but since the leg was broken, they couldn't take it. THIS LOCATION BROKE MY COUCH so I had to pay Got junk to come get it. DO NOT DONATE your stuff here. This place is better in having cheaper items than some other Goodwills (olathe). A full comfy couch for $25. You can't even find that on craig's list. The carts are way too big for the aisles. The place is decent size but there is too much stuff for the space and the cart sizes don't help. I felt closed in too often and felt I needed out to breathe most times. The staff is another issue. This Goodwill has a VERY large selection of clothes at this location; and by large selection, I mean so large that the clothes on the racks are packed so tightly together it's very hard to move them to look at them, or even pull one off the rack. Some of the aisles were so close together, only one person could get down them, and they were LONG. If you have plenty of time, you could probably find something to wear. Be sure to look in other sizes, as many sizes were intermingled. The store and the dressing rooms were clean. It didn't feel "BRIGHT", so I'm not sure how it would look on a dreary day without the natural lights coming in the windows. It could have been the time of day/year that made it less bright. I was very tempted to grab a couple rolls of wrapping paper that were right inside the door and marked cheaply. read more

Normally not a big shopper there, but boy they have clothes. Good thing: decent prices and a large selection of clothes to choose from. Bad thing: there's a older guy that works there and he thinks he's the owner. Walking around bossing the employees. Damn, if you're the boss you sure make working there a living hell. There's a big and tall dude that was working the cash register. He looks like a big teddy bear which is always good. There was 6ppl in line and he asked for help. The older skinny guy with the glasses finally came and help out. Took his precious time to open up the 2nd register. As if he didn't really wanted to help. I bet he was racist, yes I said it. Cos teddy bear was working the register and skinny waited till the blk lady was up then he opened. Sad thing was that she was the third person in line. That's pretty messed up. Skinny waited till the white lady was next before he open his register. Which by that time she was the 4th person I was the 5th. When it was my turn my total was $53.27. I had $53.25 I asked him if he can spare 2 cents. OMG he said NO! With a smerk, "I don't have any money to spare." I was like geez this is goodwill. It's 2nd hand clothing and you cannot even spare 2 cents. Skinny actually grab my bag of clothes and held on to it like his life depended on it. I was astonished. How rude. He actually made me go to my car, held up the line and waited till I got back. For 2 cents! Geez!!! OMG. And to be honest, I hope you're not the manager there cos the employees sure hates you. The ladies what works there knows how to put back clothes unbought from the dressing room. You don't need to micro manage them. Repeating yourself 10 times to do the same thing over and over. If you don't like how the other workers do it. Then do it yourself. Lead by example. Honestly I won't be going back there anymore. He's rude to customers and workers there. If this gets to Goodwill industries corporate. You need to send some secret shoppers there and see for yourself how skinny acts like. read more

This place is large, bright and clean, though not as organized as some other places I have been to. It also had a musty smell, but that is fixable. However the selection of leather jackets was impressive. I picked up a leather bomber for $7.99. WOW! read more

Very organized goodwill with lots of clothes. Watch for their sale days, sometimes things are 50% off and they advertise the sales on their sign outside. They even have 3 large dressing rooms available to try on the clothes. read more

I only buy mens clothing from these type of stores. I have to say this goodwill has the BEST prices of any thrift around at least for mens clothing. Unfortunately the mens section here is really small. Ive only been to this goodwill twice and both times ive purchased 3 shirts. Overall for mens clothing great prices, quality items but poor selection. I hope they get more mens stuff donated soon! read more

Nice and clean.. Prices are way better than Savers. I usually have very good luck finding "treasures" there.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go poke around. Now it's a mess! They have clothes sorted by colors instead of sizes, the racks are packed so tight it's not worth looking throungh them. Also, they have started tagging clothing through the clothes, so there is a nice hole in the fabric after you remove the tag! Nobody has the time to go through entire racks trying to find the right size. Even the kids clothes are mixed in with adult clothing sometimes. The Bonner Springs Goodwill however has made some great changes! The store is clean and clothing is sorted by size and color! Book and toy area is more organized too. read more

What happened? This Goodwill used to be clean and items were priced to move. Now it appears that they have begun to sell Walmart returns, and only at half of the original price. Most of these items are in crushed boxes and many incomplete. The shelves used to be neatly organized, but now things are stacked everywhere. Looks like a fire code violation to me. Corporate needs to come in and take a look. I feel sorry for the people at the register because Godowill gives in store credit if things don't work. I hope they go back to only accepting donations from individuals. read more
