One of the smaller Goodwill spots. Really organized selection. My friend found two items to buy. Would return if in the area.

Our donation centers are open daily from 10am - 6pm. Goodwill Southern California

Savers, you seriously NEED to reevaluate who you're hiring and how your employees are trained…read morebecause my experience with Rosa was beyond unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer since this location opened, and I have never been treated with such disrespect. I found an item without a price tag and did exactly what customers are supposed to do- I brought it to an employee to have it priced. As I was in the middle of checking out, Rosa suddenly took the item out of my hands and refused to sell it to me, claiming it was "not for sale" because she needed to "investigate" it. I calmly asked, "I'm sorry, did I do something wrong?" Instead of explaining the situation professionally, she spoke to me with a rude, confrontational attitude and began questioning me as though I had done something wrong. I remained respectful the entire time, yet I was treated like I was being accused of something simply because I wanted to purchase an item. The situation became even more disturbing when Rosa followed me outside of the store after the interaction. As a customer, that was intimidating, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. No employee should ever make a customer feel that uncomfortable. I've shopped at countless thrift stores, including Savers for years, and I have never experienced behavior like this. I left feeling embarrassed, singled out, and deeply disrespected. The donation attendants have consistently treated me with kindness and professionalism, which only made Rosa's behavior stand out even more. If Rosa's actions reflect Savers' standards for customer service, then customers deserve to know that. If they don't, then management needs to address this immediately. No loyal customer should be treated with hostility, have merchandise taken from them at the register without a proper explanation, or be followed outside of the store. This experience has completely changed my opinion of this location, and unless something is done about the way Rosa treats customers, I won't be returning.

The store has all of its various sections separated so that you can easily find whatever you're looking for. Whether you want to come in to shop for home goods, knickknacks, jewelry, electronics, books, records, CDs, or either men's women's or children's clothing, it's very easy to find the section that you're looking for. FYI, they have restrooms in the back if you need to take care of that type of business. As is the case with all Savers, the prices here tend to be a bit higher than other thrift stores chains. This is not so much a criticism, it's just something to keep in mind. This is not say that you can't find that great deal. It's just that if you're looking for that cheap shirt, pair of pants, jacket, or whatever else, you may not find it here for the price you desire. In terms of parking, they have a large parking lot directly in front of the the store. This lot is is shared with a few other businesses. Though during peak hours,, it's sometimes can be a bit hard to find space, generally you should be able to find one without too much of a problem. Overall, if you want what Savers has to offer, this is a very nice store, with a very nice staff to find it.

Where to begin... I recently went here, donated some items,…read morethe area was clean, and the team outside were very helpful. I went inside and the mood shifted, clothes were off the racks, books were stacked on each other, toys on the ground, and the home goods area was a MESS, and there was an employee sitting on the furniture at the front!! When I went to check out, the line was long, the registers were moving slow but I can't blame them, they had no help! There was what looked to be a manager walking between the registers, he was talking more than he was helping. I didn't catch his name but he had a hat with a beard. He seemed to be very "close" with the employees, lots of laughing and touching. I feel like there is a lot that can be done to improve this store, more specifically, the management on the inside.

I feel I could spend the whole afternoon here drinking coffee and chatting with my friends. I ordered the iced coffee which was recommended by the Barista. She asked about my preference for coffee and suggested me a fruity flavor of iced coffee. The coffee had this citrus aroma for the aftertaste, very smooth. It was just perfect as black coffee without milk or creamer. When I order Iced coffee, I am always afraid of getting a bland taste, but not in this place. The color of the coffee was not dark but the flavor/aroma was there! UPDATE: This coffee shop is run by a non-profit organization that helps developmental disabilities to learn a living skills. I got to talk to the Barista today, and she explained to me the difference between 4 hand drip coffee. Here are my little summarized descriptions. Rwanda: Barista said this coffee has the most fruity aftertaste, but it's only when it's hot. Cold coffee kinda washes away the aroma. So try it hot! Ethiopia: This is the fruit iced coffee I tried the very first time. See above review. Guatemala: I tried this today. Barista said this one is slightly bitter yet with a good chocolate aftertaste. It was very minor of bitterness, and the way I describe the aftertaste will not be chocolate but more of the caramel (burnt sugar in Flan) My favorite so far. Colombia: Barista said this one has a stronger chocolate aftertaste. I didn't get to try this time.

The cafe itself is very clean, bright, spacious and there were plenty of seats by outlets with the USB charging port. The employees were so friendly and kind, and it's really nice to see the workers with developmental disabilities thriving in a positive work environment.
