This goodwill has a large selection and variety of women's clothing especially dresses! ALOT of dresses The employees are outwardly disgruntled and upset. I heard them complaining about how hot it was in the back and how it was equal to a sweat shop. There were a lot of employees coming in and out of the back. They and fun music, and the bathrooms were clean but you have to ask them to come and unlock them The appliances, and furniture area lacked variety and quality The clothes were nice but expensive for what you received I didn't end up finding anything at this location but definitely worth a try read more

I love this goodwill! The store is mostly well organized and the staff are welcoming! They actually had a nice selection of women's clothes. I was so excited to find a puzzle that I had been eyeing last year online that is normally $60 and I just happened to find here for $3.50! What a steal! And it had all the pieces! I love a good thrift store find and it's also a plus when I don't suddenly feel the need to sneeze while browsing because of the dust! So kudos to this Goodwill for that. Starting over in a new state by yourself after getting rid of everything can be a challenge . But sometimes you have to make lemonade out of lemons as they say. I'm learning that there's no need to buy everything new or at retail price. You can create a lovely space without breaking the bank,recycling, and giving back to your community.I usually go to the Good Will on Warner and Kyrene but will definitely be back to this one for sure! Everything is overpriced and outdated. They also need to restock on everything. Sporting section had about 2 balls. Old beat up kids nerf gun for $9. Also almost everything was either broken, missing parts, or severely scratched/dinged. Worst goodwill in the valley. read more

Clean and organized but this is the most expensive goodwill I have ever been to in my life. And I've been to a lot of them. I found 4 pieces of activewear - the total? $100. What happened to helping out the community? This place is trying to make a killing off of USED clothing. read more

This is one of the better Goodwill stores I've been too. I feel like the prices at this location are a little higher than others, but the items I found were from more expensive brands and of higher quality. Store is clean and staff was very nice. I found this brand new dress with the original Lulus tag on it for $10, originally runs for close to $70. Score! read more

I went in here looking for a full sized bed frame after someone told me that Goodwills sold them new for a decent price. I walked on in and was taken back on how big this store is. I made my towards the back, where I figured that all the bed stuff would be. They did have a few bed frames in their original boxes and they had serval different sizes of them. They also had a couple new mattresses and box springs too. From what I have heard, they no longer well used mattresses so everything that they carry is new. I decided to walk around and look over the women's merchandise they had. Everything I looked at was in ehhh rough shape. Nothing I saw was cute. The shoes were all bad and the clothes ehhhhh... they were definitely low on product and it was very obvious. I'm only giving this place one star because I overheard two women employees talking about a customer by the fitting room. They were making fun of her appearance and they did not care that I was right next to them listening to their conversation, they just kept going. read more

Shopped here for the Reclaimed Fashion Event last week! The event featured several local fashion bloggers who each chose designer pieces they found at a Goodwill. Each blogger had a rack we could all shop. I luckily found pieces on my friends' racks and created this layered outfit of polka dots on polka dots. I received a lot of compliments but in the end decided it was too many dots! I perused the rest of the store and found a hot pink skirt for $1! (Apparently it was a dollar day where select tags were $1) and a vintage tee that says "Muscles and Mascara". For a night of shopping, fun, and steals, this place definitely rocks. read more

Came to this store first time today Sat Jan 22nd @ 4: 15 pm . I'm giving the date and time in case anyone in a higher position wants to address the super rude employee. African American girl, headphones, putting clothes away from the racks by the girls dressing rooms. I haven't been to a goodwill in ages and asked her if she could open a door for me. I was near them but not by them yet. Since they used to not have many employees I figured I'd snag the first one I saw near by. I'm much older, didn't have my glasses with me. She looked at me with a stone face. I asked again if she would open the door please. I was getting closer to the dressing room . She again, very stone face but this time more angry face. She pulled out a headphone from one ear ( I didn't see she had them in) and continued to stare at me stone face. I said, is it possible to try on these pants. She rudely said "there is a sign on the door that says they are closed" then she put her headphone back in her ear and walked away. I won't come back here ever. The only reason you got 1 star is because they don't give the option for 0. I asked a young man nearby just now what her made was and he said he didn't know. I said you don't know your coworkers? He said no. I asked a 3rd employee who had no idea who she was.I am now asking the manager, explained a brief situation. Tatiana and 2 other employees who refused to give her name are why I'm not coming back. read more

Shopped here for the first time over the past weekend & also went back to return some items. Nice store, well maintained. Clean, very presentable, & easy to get around in. One of my favorite locations. The turn over in product is pretty high so there's always a lot of new stuff. This location is no different than most of the others in that they pump in some really potent air freshener that burns my nose and gets into the clothes. I find some of my favorite books at this location and the clothing quality is pretty decent as well. I haven't used the bathrooms at this location so maybe I'll update that later. read more

New location: just recently had their Grand Opening. Visited this location on 8-17-15 Big store, clean, lots to choose from and fair prices. Returns are accepted within 14 days- even electronics. Keep your receipt & sticker on merchandise if so..Their is a place within the store to plug any items to see if they currently are in working condition. I have shopped at this store multiple times before. I week ago bought something. Went to return it today. I had no receipt. I honestly don't believe I was given one. I described the sales person who sold it to me. I showed my bank account where I bought it. I never unwrapped the item as it was sealed in a bag with the price tag. For a $30 purchase I was given $10 store credit. Will not shop at this store again. read more

Customer service is lacking here. I waited for a few minutes with no employees around and mind you it's 2 hours before closing. When an employee finally game, it was as if I was burdening him to be there (mind you, I was just there to donate a bike). read more
