First time here! Took a Michael hale Kors Purse, Combat boots, combat heels, Guess purse , Fashion Nova Dress. You cannot take anything in a plastic bag, it has to be a reusable bag/ or bin. Which makes sense because bags could rip. However I didn't see any signage on that. Luckily the lady allowed me to drop off my stuff as long as it fit in the bin they had.. she was nice with it being my first time there. They took a total of 6 items including items with tags and I got $27. Not too bad , however I'm noticing I'm spending more on gas than what I receive for most places like this.. most stuff were pricey to trade. read more

This used to be the greatest reused clothing store in the greater Phoenix area, but the customer service and jacked up prices have made this a second rate store . There used to be a nice seat to try on shoes, but now you have to sit on the floor to try them on . Most clothes were 12.00 ( up from 10.00) and now they are up to 25.00 for used clothing . The front clerk talked on the phone to her friend the whole time she was checking me out , and they have no bag to put your clothes in . Cheap !' My review is solely on the 5 min interaction. The store is cute and prices seem to be average per the item and quality. I didn't buy anything and didn't sell. I'm not from the area so I didn't have the time to leave my things and then comeback. They do buy on a first come first serve basis so if you will need to leave ur items and provide a phone number and id. This would work great for me if I lived in the area. The store is very well organized and they do have a lot of name brand items. The staff member wasn't friendly but she wasn't rude either. Just seemed to be doing her thing. so first let me say i went on thursday the told me 2 hours the processes . i had 4 michael kor med bags and one mk wallet wristlet the wristlet and 2 bags were new with tags the bag tagged 298 and the wallet 198 brand new those 3 3 kate spades medium bags / the website states they mark them 1/3 and you get 25 to 30 percent of that so say the bag was 298 the would marked 99 so even at 25 percnet that would be 24.75 / when i got there they offered me 104.00 for all 8 pieces so not only does the web site give incorrect information they gave me less than 15 something for each item. i had to come back friday because i didnt get a text saying they were ready untill 430. i know i could have made more if i sold them somewhere else and i could have declined the offer Lesson learned wont be doin this again read more

This place is impressive! I found so many amazing items for great prices. The clothes were all clean and free of rips, tears and stains. They also had lots of items that were new with tags. I do wish they had clothes for men as well. My sons would love to be able to shop for fashionable items at reasonable prices. Horrible service. Came here to sell clothes. I didn't get a greeting and the girls that work looked pissed when I brought in two bags of clothes that I wanted to sell. I called a couple days before and asked them how does this work since it's my first time selling clothes that no longer fits me since I became a mother, I don't fit smalls or sizes 1 or 2 in pants/jeans. They told to bring it in and they did explain it to me over the phone. I'm off weekends so I brought in my clothes on a Sunday. I seen an employee looking through clothes from other sellers. I said hello to her and asked her if I can drop off my clothes to her to sell. She seemed annoyed and when I was trying to talk to her she immediately goes let me explain to you how it works first. Then she told me they're not gonna be done to go through my clothes until monday because they don't have buyers Sunday. I told her okay I'll be back the next day. So I go home and an hour later they text me saying they see nothing they like from my clothes. I was confused. Like wtf? You just told me you won't be done till Monday. I feel like they don't even bother to look through the stuff you sell and you're basically wasting your time here. I went back and grabbed all of my clothes and donated it to good will. I was upset. I had a lot of express clothes, forever 21, guess, and H&M. If you're trying to sell stuff here don't waste your time. Go somewhere else. I didn't bother going anywhere else because of this experience. I don't feel like wasting time like I did here since I have a one year old. I'll just donate my shit for a good cause . read more

The salespeople are polite and friendly and the store is very well organized and features many luxury brands. It's a very nice store. The store's policies however leave much to be desired. They have a very short window for returns, only 7 days which I learned the hard way, after returning from a work trip and I purchased a pair of jeans that did not fit properly. I ended up leaving them there for them to resell since I couldn't wear them. Since then I've been very careful to try things on before I leave the store if I feel that it's necessary. On Friday they had a customer appreciation / clearing out for new inventory sale where the entire store was marked down 40%. I purchased three tops and a pair of pants. Unfortunately I was on my way to an appointment and did not have time to try the pants on although they appeared that they would fit. When I got them home they did not and when I went to return them the very next day, I'm told that they don't return sale items. Keep in mind this was not a clearance item or marked as final sale, simply part of their entire inventory one day sale for their "special customers." I think that this is beyond ridiculous and was not stated when I made my purchase on Friday. The sales person offered to take my information and have the owner call me. I left my phone number but I really don't see the point, I left the pants that did not fit along with my receipt and told her to keep them. Even if they call me I will not be shopping here any longer. If you choose to shop here I recommend doing so with caution. It does not feel customer oriented whatsoever. read more

I've gone to many locations and had great service. I dropped off my clothes and was told they would be done in 1.5 hours. I left and came back and they had not started. They were walking around the store and said 30 more minutes, no apology at all. I had planned on possibly waiting but they didn't even look at them for 15 minutes. With the amount of clothing it would take them over the time said don't I asked to get my clothes and leave. The woman gave them to me and just looked at me. Horrible customer service! read more

This place always had an excuse for why they can't look at my things and do my buy. I have tons of designer clothes, shoes, jewelry and purses that i need to get rid of. Even after carrying in a bunch of boxes in the heat, they turned me away AGAIN. There's always some reason they can't do my buy. I've been buying and selling clothes for most of my life, and this is not the way it's done. This place is a joke. Their site says they buy EVERY DAY. They even have a sign outside claiming they but designer bags. But then I walk in, they say they don't do buys today. I'm even attaching an image to prove it. This is beyond ridiculous. read more

0 stars if I could. Came here to sell first thing on a Thursday morning. The store employee quoted an hour long wait. There was only 1 buy in front of me so I waited. 45 minutes went by and she didn't start any buys. I asked her why she hasn't started and she said she has other things to do around the store. I think it's incredibly rude to make someone wait longer because you need to be on your phone and "do other things for the store." I took my items and left. Waste of time. Sell elsewhere. EDIT: called the store and that was the store manager who couldn't prioritize customers. I went right back in the store and she completed my buy in less than 20 minutes, like she should have the first time. read more

Management here is pathetic. I brought 2 bags of stuff to sell and the manager said they only accept one bag from first time sellers. My friend was with me and said "okay then put the other bag under my name." The manager really took like 2 minutes to go "uuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmm, sure" It's not that hard. Just a Goodwill store. I took in nothing but name brand items, $100 Jones New York sweater with tag still on it, Franco Sarto boots, Anne Klein shoes, barely worn, like new items. They took one pair of shoes. I looked around on their racks and their clothes and shoes were worn, unattractive and over priced. If you want to sell something for cash use Poshmark, it's easy and you get paid much better. Also, the girls could use a course in customer service. read more

I love resale stores and I was excited to find this place near my work. When I walked in not one of the 3 employees even acknowledge that I walked in. While I browsed they carried on a conversation about store business like I wasn't even there. It was very awkward. One employee eventually said hi when she had to pass me to put something back on the rack. They have some great stuff and good prices but I will not be back. Very uncomfortable. I am a bit confused how this establishment has higher ratings because two stars is generous for me. I came here for the first time to sell clothes and I had to wait over an hour... I browsed the store and tried on some jeans but eventually left to have lunch next door. When I was in the fitting room, there was suddenly and overwhelming stench, like sewage. It was so bad I was nearly gagging and left the fitting room without trying on all of my items. There were two employees in the store and one was almost creepy and following people around asking strange questions. She also happened to be RIGHT there when I opened the fitting room door. Creepy. Anyways, I saw a lot of 45+ year old looking women in there browsing for clothes and the clothes on the rack definitely reflected that age group. A lot of Loft, Ann Taylor, etc. and A LOT of cheaper clothing like Fry's food stores "Dip" clothing line and Mossimo. So if that is what you're into then go there, i think the prices are somewhat fair. I won't return and I will drive to the Buffalo Exchange in central Phoenix since that is the only consignment store worth my time. read more

Recently took a lot of my adult daughter's clothes in. She buys very expensive clothing which I thought would have appealed to this store's clientele (she buys from Apothecary, Nordstrom's & upscale stores). The only item they wanted was a sweater with the tag still on it for which they offered $4. When I picked up the clothes they didn't want, one of the skirts had a stain on it--like someone spilled their coffee on it & tried to wash it off. I know it wasn't there when I took it in as I washed & ironed or took everything to the cleaners prior. The employees have a "could care less attitude." There are other stores that are easier to deal with. Not impressed by this place at all. read more

I really love this store. It is in a great little complex. I always seem to find something here and they have really great prices. If you are looking for some high end clothes at a reasonable price go here. Dont expect them to take many clothes if you are trying to sell back but thats alright with me. Lots and lots of designer handbags! The most I've ever seen for a clothes mentor and I've been to a few all over the country. Most where in really good shape. A few slipped in that had a lot more wear but few. Large amount of inventory. I picked up a Tory Burch Blouse and a kooba Bag on sale. Staff seemed nice but not helpful. I had about 8 dresses in my hand and I had to ask if they'd hold them for me while I browsed. They walked by and around me many times but no one offered. I started to look at the purses and had 5 in my hand and I hear "want me to hold that for you" so I happily turn around only to see they were offering to the lady next to me. So I waited a sec, thinking they might come back to ask me, nope, they just went back to buying. So that was a huge let down for me. I originally went in to sell and was happy with the transaction. When you see what they price the items for, expect an average of $4 per item. They took about 20items so I was happy to unload the clutter. read more
