If I could give less than a star I would. This goodwill has become greedy. I heard this directly from an employee that they are raising prices to A THIRD OR HALF of the ORIGINAL NEW PRICE. mind you all their items are DONATED. Even the employee said it is wrong. And its true the pricing has gone wayyyy up. 40$ for boots with holes in them all bc the brand, Its theft and greed and screws over the family's that need a break. Sell your stuff on fb or garage sale or give it away. Gw doesn't deserve to make a bigger profit just so they can. read more

So i buy a speaker and it doesn't work after I was told it worked , so I bring it back and I tell the lady you might want to tell you employees to stop lying to the customers about everything's being tested before it's on the shelf. She said no, they just tested to see if the power comes on. I said we need to change your policy because people are getting tired of taking things home and they're not. They don't work and then you have to bring it back. She said, well, you're rude. I said no, you're rude for saying that. So the manager comes out, she says you're kind of people. We don't need in the US and you need to leave this store. You kind of people I didn't know goodwill was racist like that, but apparently the white manager comes out and tells me my face that my kind of people should not even be in the United States and I need to leave the store because I said, cashier was rude after she said I was rude. When donating anything of worth, you'd think a little customer service and politeness would be offered.. Apparently this location has neglected to properly train staff on these social norms. Prices are absolutely ridiculous compared to every other thrift store in Colorado. Everything is marked 3x more than it would be anywhere else. This place sucks these days. Inflated prices on every item. $9.99 for a used cup just because it's Starbucks? $50 for a pair of used (with holes) shoes because the brand is Hoka? Terrible pricing. read more

This store sells used items of very poor quality for higher prices than brand new at Walmart. Used, burned Main Stays brand candles in a small jar for $3.99 while brand new at Walmart are $1.99 a piece! Shirts with holes and stains in it: minimum price is $5.99 and up! "Mossimo" Tank top brand new at Walmart $2.98, Goodwill: $4.99?!!! Who made up those prices?! All dresses are $7.99 and up, heavily used. I asked a cashier the price for a grab bag of junk fake jewelry that was inside the glass case at the cash register, was $74!!! For a pound of Junk? What?! I will never go back to Goodwill, that's so ridiculous. I do not understand if they realize that used and donated items cannot be higher priced than brand new. Go at Walmart or Ross. Brand new clothing and house items CHEAPER! read more

Don't donate here! They treat your donations like actual garbage. I watched as the guy dumped two of my boxes into the bins. I'm sure some things broke, as it was obvious some of the things in my boxes were glass. Just because I'm donating things for free, doesn't mean you shouldn't respect it. It still has value (a few things were brand new, still in the packaging!). The two guys who were working were also joking about being high at work and were super rude to me for using my reusable boxes. I hate to be the person to leave a bad review, but this was a horrible experience. read more

This store is always stocked, clean and organized. You can stop in multiple times a week and find something new each time. It is not a huge store, but they make use of every inch read more

Surprisingly nice Goodwill. They have a great selection of ladies clothes compared to the other Goodwill in the area and I found some great labels like Ann Taylor, NY&CO, Polo and more for a decent priced. They have 30 and 50% off tags of the day so I am forever on the lookout for those. I found some goodies in their knick knack selection like beer pint glasses and items in that section and books that have the tag of the day are 30 or 50% off as well. Free coffee as well.....but don't expect it to be good, it was like car dealership coffee, enough to wake you up but not enough to savor it. read more

I only give 2 stars because the selection is great...but that's about it. There was a gentleman there that kept stating that he was there on his one day off. But then we had a line of 5-6 people (it's not the length of the line that bugged me, I don't care about waiting in line, I too work customer service and am on register all the time), it's the fact that the gentleman, the cashier, and two other staff members were talking and joking around and taking away from the customer. The only thing the blonde cashier said to the two women in front of me and myself was "do you want a bag? Your total is and do you want to round up?" Otherwise she was ignoring the customer to chat with the other staff. Horrible customer service. When you are a cashier you need to treat your customer the way you want to be treated. read more

It's a Goodwill. What's there really depends on what's been donated. I have found some awesome items here. For this location, items are semi organized. Some of the areas are tight to navigate. The last few times I was in this location, I noticed that hand baskets are no longer available. I would rather carry a basket over pushing a cart. read more

Me and the wife like going to thrift shops. They have some good selection of clothes, and good selection of other stuff. Really economical (cheap). We like visiting this place sometimes we find some good antiques. Some vinyl records, or vhs tapes (vhs is coming back and so is 8-track). Sometimes we find some odd unique items in every goodwill place, except for goodwill outlets stay away from those, they shop there like if it an apocalypse just happened and everyone is scavenging for items. But we love coming to retail goodwill stores you never know what you will find next. read more

Came here with Sam and his Sister to do some light shopping. You can always find some good finds at goodwill places and this one is not exception. His Sister was looking for scrubs in particular and found a bunch, some really cute ones I have to admit. This place has some good electronics, got myself an extra phone charger for a buck - great deal. You can never have too many phone chargers if you go through the battery like I do. Decent priced furniture as well. You will most likely find some great finds here if you take a look around. read more

well today i came in happy and did shopping, i hade all my stuff in my cart including pants,,that they said they never saw in my cart cheak out, the guy wax two weeks into the new job, he wasnt all there, and he avasly did a very sneaky magic trick and removed my pants from my cart i was very close to it, no one else neatr it,dont think any one else would took my pant they would of takin my purse i hade allso,wierd, they only have certain camras at cheakout i was asking them to try to fallow my timeline will was on way to cheakout,AND I WAS TRYING TO FORGIVE THE NEW YOUNG MANE, he wasnt all there to me,the manager said she was lookin at camra of me to figure out where my pants went, all she did was focus on the cheakout when there been more focuse of if somone else took off my pants, and the boss claimes he never touched pants in my cart,sneeky,um not sure i wanna go in this paticulere gwill any more, to mutch missing items i pay for, i rather not be bootec over this, the worker lost my clothing ,i thought i hade in my bag i brought of own, read more

It's easy to find stuff in this store. The sizes for the clothes, what kind of clothes you want (Capris, pajama bottoms, tank tops, and so on.), shoes, and so on. The people are very friendly, and so are some of the regular customers that go in to drink the complementary coffee, and chat. Military gets an extra percentage off on Tuesdays, and senior citizen on Wednesdays! The only problem I've ever had was when I asked a manager (I don't see him much anymore. This was about a year ago!) if they were hiring he replied while rolling his eyes, "You just want an extra discount for working here." No! I REALLY wanted a job! I thought everyone was really nice, and it would be a nice place to work! I was hurt. Anyway, it didn't keep me from continuing donating and shopping there. I need a dress for a Military Ball a couple of months ago, and found a beautiful one for only $16! People thought I spent $100 at a dress shop! read more

I went down to the drop off location in Fountain today and they refused my items. A couch, good condition, and a kitchen table with legs, not attached. They refused both items stating that they have a new Manager that will not accept my items or the attendant would get fired. It use to be that the Goodwill was for to help rehabilitate individuals that needed a hand up in life. When items that I have purchased from Goodwill are in worse condition than those that I was attempting to turn in, there is a real issue. Goodwill has lost its vision of the past. I donated three boxes of very nice cookware, some pieces were collectibles and selling for over $20 each on ebay (old pattern Corningware and such). I had carefully cleaned and packed the items with newspaper padding so there would be no breakage. When I delivered them at the Fountain Goodwill, the attendant took the three boxes, and before driving away, I saw him empty the boxes by turning them over and dumping the contents into a large bin. Most items were probably broken, what a waste. I will donate elsewhere next time. read more

Fantastic Electronics Dept. The guy who runs it is very helpful and well informed. The store is always well stocked with great bargains and helpful employees. I've been to a few different goodwill's around here and they are ok, but this store is truly the best that I have ever seen and they are consistently that way every time I visit. read more
