I was really impressed with this Goodwill, as it was above and beyond all the others I've been to (and that would be ALOT!). They have this boutique section immediately inside, that is displayed so nicely you could easily forget you were in a thrift store. Here were new/used clothing items that were above average or super trendy. Accessories lined the wall like decor. Prices were the same as comparable items on the floor outside of this area. Good section of housewares, sorted by color, clothing was organized, and the sizing for the most part was in the right place. Didn't see items that were damaged beyond being sellable but in typical Goodwill fashion they have a standard pricing system per item and condition isn't taken into consideration. Staff was nice, and were present on the floor to offer assistance, and were actively making sure the racks were in top notch shape. A newbie to my thrift rotation for sure!

This particular Goodwill is my favorite. This is the best store I've seen so far; as far as cleanliness, a organization and selection. Im in this store atleast once a week and i almost always score something of great use. The only thing i have to complain about is that a lot of the stuff is salvage or surplus inventory from Target stores and whoever is the pricer for the store, i feel as though he or she often over prices things for it to be a thrift store. If an item still has the tags on it they do what is called a "price -up" where they set the price according to the original price on the tag. Sometimes they may do a "price-up" according to the brand name of the clothing. Most of the staff here is really friendly and some are not. I recommend this store over any other Goodwill store and i been to mostly everyone in the area.

It's a hit or miss but always interesting. I always have a good time searching. I would recommend a trip in.

I have called 4 times and a woman named Trish keeps hanging up on me over and over. So unprofessional.

However finding these pieces took me about two hours the store. Although the selection wasn't as impressive as other consignment stores and greater Philadelphia the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived about an hour before closing and when I went to check out realized that the store clerk at singing extra hour just that I could continue trying on my clothes.

Two weeks later I stopped in again and the other worker, Michelle, said they were not taking summer clothes because they "had too many". This would have been fine except her tone and dismissive attitude were rude and uncalled for, not to mention Daphne told me to keep coming in and their website does not indicate that they had stopped excepting consignments. I then left Daphne a voicemail and emailed her but received no response so I stopped in a few days later to speak with her. As I was walking towards them Michelle said to Daphne "THIS is the girl I was telling you about". Daphne rudely told me that they were no longer taking anything unless I wanted to leave my bags for them to go through and they would donate the rest (even though the old procedure was they would go through it and then call you to pick up what they didn't want). I guess their consigners are no longer worth a phone call! The next day I returned to pull all of my items that did not sell with very very little help from both Michelle and Daphne. Michelle could not even figure out how to work the computer to print me out my lists of items that were on the floor. It took over two hours to find all of my items because of the awful organization skills of this place. My clothes now smelled terrible so I washed them and will take them to other stores I consign at that treat me well, such as LuLu, The Loft on 724, Greene Street, and even Plato's Closet. These stores are pickier, but for good reason - they have a MUCH better selection and I would recommend checking them out before you waste your time looking for hours for any quality items at "Love" It!

Workers always arrive within the agreed upon window of time. They are clean and neat,…read moreappropriately uniformed. They had parked the truck on the side roadway next to my (2nd floor) apartment. When they enter, they move swiftly & quietly to begin work. In this case, I have a huge pile of empty, sturdy, cardboard boxes (about 50 medium & large) to be removed and broken down for recycling. I have moved a few times during the past 50 years, but now at almost 80 yrs old, I have felt safe and relieved each time (4) hiring College Hunks Hauling Service. This time they finished quickly, processed the very reasonable price with mobile charge card equipment and left just as quietly and businesslike as they came. Well done! Thanks!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with College HUNKS. The move took approximately…read moredouble the estimated time, causing my final price to nearly double as well. What makes this especially frustrating is that when we booked the move, we specifically told the representative that we believed we would need more time. I feel that we were grossly underquoted and were not prepared for such a significant increase in cost. The experience was made even more frustrating by the pace of the work. At times, one of the workers carried only one box at a time and seemed to be unnecessarily dragging out the job. Meanwhile, me, two disabled veterans and my pregnant friend were doing more physical work than the moving crew, which was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable to witness. If we had not helped so much it would have been even longer. I do want to acknowledge that the other worker was great, helpful, and worked hard. Unfortunately, one hardworking employee was not enough to make up for the overall experience. For the amount of money we ultimately paid, I expected a much more efficient and professional move. Instead, the job took far longer than estimated, our cost nearly doubled, and we were left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Had we known the true amount of time and cost involved, we would not have chosen this service.
