When we entered we were greeted by Marjorie. She asked if this was our first time in. I mentioned it was my first time. Marjorie went on what they were all about and how there specials worked. Specific days had specific color and shapes for certain deals. The day of our visit, anything with blue or green or with square or rectangles were 50% off! I bought some items and when I went to the counter to pay the clerk gave me the price I said aloud really? I expected it to be more because the apron I purchased for my granddaughter was pink. She said it is but the shape of the pocket is rectangle! So they try hard to find anything that will help you save even more on your purchases! This store is a pretty good size. It is well organized and sectioned off in themes. You can find furniture, wedding dresses, jewelry, books etc.. The staff is very friendly and makes sure to let you know they are there if needed. This place is a nonprofit organization that reaches out to widows, widowers and kids. They hold meal events for this specific groups. What a wonderful mission/cause to support. I bought a few things and managed to squeeze it into my luggage. Wish I could have room for a couple of furniture items. Anyway I really love this place and what their purpose stands for. If ever visiting my friend in this area again, I will be back!

They get clearance merchandise that never sold from places like target and Kohl's. They obviously get a lot of junk from Amazon pallets too. The store is massive but a ton of the racks are the same exact 30 pairs of jeans priced at $20 so don't expect an incredible selection just based off the square footage of the building. Beyond that, a LOT of the donated clothing they choose to put out is very heavily worn with very obvious flaws such as massive tears, bleach stains, and fast fashion that is literally falling apart and needs to be in the trash. Yet they'll still put a $10 price tag on a pair of jeans with a huge hole in the crotch. The prices are much higher than other chain thrift stores around it, and the quality is awful. Beyond the actual merchandise, the store is depressing. I used the restroom and there was no toilet paper in ANY stall in both the women's AND men's bathrooms! Not a single one. And no paper towels! How is that possible? The floors are dirty, the people who work there are not friendly, and the donation process is "park outside with your flashers on and hope someone actually comes out to assist you". Often, they have sales or give things away for free. Even when they aren't having a sale, their stuff is SUPER SUPER cheap! They have so many clothes and housewares. If you're looking for a place to donate items, they have a drop box outside you can use any time to donate unwanted clutter and give back to the community! Outside, they have what they call the "bargain hut" where everything is even cheaper than inside! I got a sandwich press grill for only $4! What a steal. I highly recommend paying them a visit, it's well worth your time!

She has a great variety of items from clothing to shoes to home decor. Her prices are GREAT! I got a pair of American Eagle jeans for $12. She is super friendly and very helpful and when you walk in she has a smile on her face. Since she does consignments I asked her about consigning my handmade goods with her and she was really excited about the idea. I haven't been to a thrift or consignment store that I have loved so much in YEARS!

Over that month, we called multiple times trying to schedule it, but no one would help or check on the order. We had always made a point to support this store--even going out of our way to bring our donations there--because we believed in supporting a local cause. Delivery was finally set up on April 16th by the delivery person. However, when the delivery was supposed to take place, we received a call saying the table was no longer available--they had put it back out on the floor and sold it again after already scheduling delivery. That makes absolutely no sense. Also, when going to collect a refund-that table was on the floor-they could have made this right, but chose not.to... Adding to the frustration, when we called today for answers, Brianna was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was trying to get information. I called back and spoke with Taylor, who was more understanding, but still did not take steps to make the situation right. From a customer standpoint, this did not feel like an ethical or fair way to handle a paid purchase that had already been committed to a buyer. We understand mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability, organization, and follow-through made this situation much worse. After this experience, we will not be shopping here again.
