I visited this store today and dropped off 1 bag of clothing and 1 bag of shoes to sell. They took…read moremy information but didn't give me an estimated time of completion. I came back less than 2hrs later and was told they couldn't find my bag of clothes and that they must have been sent out with donations. I ask where is that, I'm told "I don't know". Everyone moves on as if it's no big deal. The "store manager" checks the computer and says they never even inputted my information into the system. So I'm asking what's the recourse in this situation and she looks at me blankly. After some back and forth she suggests 20% off an in-store purchase. I ask for the owners information and she directs me to the Plato's website. I feel like this situation was not handled properly at all. How do you just lose someone's items and have no solution for them??? I brought in a lot of bake brand items and items that still had tags on them and I'm just shrugged at about my items being given away. I could see if I didn't come back in time but I was back within 2hrs. There's no excuse for how this was handled or the lack of care and concern that was given to me after losing my items

I came here for a regular browse and found a nice vacuum cleaner for a great price and in good working condition. Good customer service. The place is huge and maintained clean and neat. Quick in and out service, as they have three to four cash registers in use. Ample free parking in front of the business.
