This location usually has a bunch of different things to find and I love that. It was pretty busy and the only reason I docked 1 star off is because of the smell when you first walk in & then the aisles are waayy too small for 2 people with carts to browse through. Staff was friendly & bathrooms were clean.

I go to a lot of goodwill stores. I love a good thrift. This location is by far the most clean and has a large selection of items.

They have great customer service and were friendly and assisted me with breaking down a desk I purchased and help me load it .

At the drop off station, I went to drop off some items and an employee came out. I never leave…read morereviews but this employee was the nicest person I've ever met. I had to leave a review. He said he goes by the name Ricky Ortiz. Just had to come on here and say whatever he's getting paid he's not getting enough! He was kind enough to go out of his way to close a chair that had been stuck in my car forever taking up so much space. He saved me so much time and irritation. I normally hate having to interact with people when I'm dropping things off because I'm antisocial lol but I really appreciated the help and needed to make sure it was recognized by his management.

The setup is a bit uncoordinated in the clothing and it can be chaotic when checking out because anyone trying to look at the jewelry wall will keep bumping into to you. Would have been better if there was a bit of inches away from the counter that you don't keep bumping into the checkout poles. Overall, very overpriced, yet suggest only buying when clothes are 50% off. Lately, all Goodwill stores have been more over inflated in prices and ironic since all is freely donated. Almost forced to go back to shopping mainstream retail for they have been offering more sales and affordable prices (without some unique variety at times). It is al frustrating when items are not marked and then getting a higher price than expected. Not one I myself would return to and there was a small boutique next door, but just as overpriced.

Ever since COVID, it seems like it has tried to become a Texas thrift trying to promote clothes, but did not do it successfully. Their prices and value are also not quite up to par. Compared to similar thrift stores in the area. My biggest issue today? Customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I feel like they were uncomfortable because of all the pictures I was taking? The two ladies in front kept staring and whispering to each other and looking back at me. I decided to give them the benefits of the doubt- they must have better things to talk about? I had nothing with me but my mobile, so why were they following me around? I looked through the clothes for about twenty minutes, then went over to the shoes, then back to the clothes. Then I went over to request getting into the fitting rooms, which were locked. One lady from the front came over as I stood there. "Something wrong?" Was the first thing she said to me. Taken aback, I replied, no, I was trying to get into a fitting room, please? I showed her my three garments. "Were you putting clothes back?" "What?" "My associates said you were putting clothes back." I looked at her blankly. "They said you took some and were putting them back in the shoes section." "I apologize, ma'am, I do not know what you are talking about," I answered in the most polite voice, even though I was getting increasingly frustrated. "They saw you. Take clothes and put them by the shoes." At this point, I was ready to leave. If this was how they were treating customers, I was not about to beg to be let into the fitting room, let alone give them my business. "I do not know what you are talking about, How about we go to the shoes and you can show me? I did not put anything there, only the clothes I have in my hands." "No. They took them away", she replies. Silence. "I am going to have you ask you to leave," she says. I don't even care anymore. Frankly, I am not sure whether I am more puzzled by how this confusion has taken place or more shocked that they have the audacity to treat a customer like this with no grounds. She did not even try to communicate with me with kindness. She was accusatory, told me to leave, and that was that. I left. Never plan to return. Good riddance. Highly not recommended. Zero stars!
