I have shopped at many Goodwill stores throughout Texas. Every one of them is different in their own way. Seguin location for the most part is ok, just the smallest I've been too, so it is hard to organize. My complaint is that I found a decanter that I wanted without the topper but then I saw it laying on the end cap shelf. Yay!! I told the cashier that the topper belong to the decanter but manager said policy does not allow them to remove a price tag from item once it hits the shelves. This is absolutely ridiculous that I had to pay for the topper separately. Manager could have at least offered to mark it down. I was not asking for the 4 glass set we all know goes together but they price individually. Goodwill has gotten very greedy!! This is one of the smallest Goodwill's you'll find in the area. It's probably less than 10,000 ft.² inside. Like most Goodwills, this store is given over mostly to clothing , but there is a large selection of hard goods on the separate aisles. They have a decent selection of books and other media, but not much in the way of electronics or furniture. They have three dressing rooms to try on clothes and public bathrooms in the back. This is really kind of a two star thrift store, however, the staff does a good job of keeping everything looking neat and full, so three stars. read more

The center was very easy to find and easy to access. The workers were very friendly and quick to unload my donations.

I'm not sure if she was the manager but last night after I was looking around goodwill and mistakenly left my cellphone at the checkout and realized after I left and went grocery shopping and immediately returned to the goodwill as I walked into the store the lady who checked me out she was very nice she noticed it was me who had left the phone and looks like she wanted to grab it for me and then out of no where I get yelled at . Me and my family member to leave the store she didn't even say it in a nice way she straight up just yelled at us to get out .. they are the ones who left the building unlocked .. and then for her to yell at us like that ? We were not at fault Had the doors been locked I would've understood but they were open to public anyone could've walked in I don't like chaotic places or people she could have asked nicely for us to get out . After she yelled at us to get out I told her the door was open and I just came in for my phone and she yelled again "ITS NOT HERE GET OUT ILL TAKE IT OUT " I really hope someone talks to this lady and teaches her how to lock the doors when it's closing hour I mean thats the reason she yelled but it was wide open and unlocked to me . BRENDA was her name she has glasses and is very rude she then sent another co worker to give me my phone and went to go hide in the back with another co worker after they were done laughing at our faces when we walked outside . That is childish and if nothing is said who knows how many other people she will treat like this . read more

I went because the the rating was good but I should have read the 1 review. All and all It's ok, found some jeans, most ranged around $6-8. They had some good brands, American eagle, Hudson and Levi's, among others. Tops were a bit over priced and most were $5 even if they were a tank or a sweater. It had some good furniture but I was not looking for that. I love thrifting but not worth the trip for us. Kind of a bummer. read more
