They have a cool area that clothes are brand new with store tags on it as well the thrift store price. You can get a great deal especially if you find the 50% off tag or .99 tag. They have a huge book selection. The store itself is so stocked and very nicely set up. I could spend hours in there but it can be a little bit packed. The cashiers are so. Ice. You can tell who their every day costumers are because I heard a few address some by name. That is so sweet. If you like value, a cool gold or two or three do your self a huge favor and go. The Thrifter Sisters is a must-visit place (and one of my secret places) for Lilly treasure! My most recent score was a hard to find Lilly maxi in a stunning print that was priced like a dream! (I also have a new blazer from here that I bought for a dollar-yes one dollar). The Thrifter Sisters was started by three sisters and they have the best stuff. They have a huge variety of name-brand pieces (think everything from Maurice's and Kohls to Carhartt and Janie and Jack Kids) and it's so fun to pop in and see what they have. They also have a room of children's clothes (this is located where the old Kinder Kloset store was). They also sell new hair bows and a small selection of new kids toys too. Thrifter Sisters is clean and they keep their inventory well organized. I liked that they had a lot of brand new accessories for adults and hair bows for kids. There is plenty of free parking and another gift store next door. There is also a yummy coffee shop nearby and a nearby consignment and crystal store that are both great. Things here are like that found in nearly any old farmhouse or home in the late 19th and early 20th century. It took me back to a combination of my grandfather's tool shed or my grandparents farm home. It was fun and a tad sad. The owner has just taken over the property in the last couple of months, so not everything is priced, but if you ask, he'll be able to tell you. It's clear inventory is still being moved around. I never stopped by when the Olde Store was under the previous ownership, so it may be different for those who have. My visit, too short to spend time looking at things in detail, did allow me to see the treasures. Glassware, china, curios, a wood burning stove (at least I think it was), sanders, a dial phone, toys, paperback books from the 1950s or 60s, I think, pictures, a small selection of jewelry, periodicals, and even several photo albums with photos from the 30s. These weren't just random, though, the photo albums were themselves from the era, with the black pages and glued backed corners. It was a pretty impressive historical record. The Olde Store, should it keep the charm it has, will be a fun shop to visit again. For someone looking to capture a perfect antique, it will be a good place to start the search.

This is a little shop that can't be missed. There is parking on the street and in back of the shop. If you are out on a lovely day looking for deals, pop on in and see what tickles your fancy. I don't imagine items stay on the shelves too long so if you like it buy it. That's my motto at any thrift and antique shop. It's also why I'm always broke :) ** EDIT ** I'm pretty sure these guys are on HWY 100 now.
