Huge shout-out to Jordan and Jim at the Goodyear on North Academy Blvd! We had driven down from Northern Colorado to visit our mom, and the night before we noticed one of our new tires was low. We topped it off, but before heading home we checked again and saw it had dropped 5 psi. Not wanting to risk the two-hour drive, we pulled into Goodyear and asked if they could quickly add some air. Jordan not only filled the tire, but when I mentioned it might have a slow leak, he offered--without an appointment--to check it out. He found a screw in the tire and suggested we see if his team could squeeze in a repair. Even though the shop was clearly busy, they made space to take care of us. As we waited, we watched technician after technician helping customers with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care. Even our dog was welcomed inside to wait with us, which made the experience that much more thoughtful. That same care was extended to us: they didn't just top off the tire; they made sure we could drive home safely. Thanks to Jordan, Jim, and the whole Goodyear team, we made it back without worry. Let me just start by saying Ginger is awesome. She was very polite, welcoming and done to earth. I set an appointment online yesterday and when I arrived obviously realized this not the location my brother has taken my van to before. So I keep the appointment I'm here now lol. So far so good everything has been great. Giving me updates on the things I inquired about with my van etc. the guys seems quiet and reserved. The store is clean, neat, well lit, cool and in a great location. My tech was very nice and very informative m. I've been having issues with trying to get me a new key for my tires. My car battery died across the street at mcdonald's and I didn't have my cables with me. This whole ordeal was first thing in the morning, and I spoke to a girl named Ginger. she was an absolute gem and insisted on helping any way she could, including letting me take her personal jumper cables across the street to jump my battery. She also offered to run my cars diagnostics to insure there were no deeper issues. I'm so grateful and thankful for her help in getting my car back on the road. 10/10 recommend this Goodyear location (and Ginger's assistance)- they saved me from what could've been a really stressful day! read more

This isn't a review on the work that was done on my car. This review is about how put off I was by Gingers behavior towards lower level employees. I understand a leaders job is to point out mistakes and have them corrected. What leaders are not supposed to do is talk down to them and tell them to "DO BETTER" as you're walking away without offering any support, pointers or advice. A boss's job is to uplift the team not shame them for making a small mistake. We are human, not machines, that make errors every now and then. Being snarky will lead to your employees feeling unhappy at their job and that shows in the customer service they put out. All workers at the counter were extremely polite and I can tell they are working hard. Maybe some training on soft skills would be very beneficial to the business. read more

Last week my tire pressure light came on. I stopped at the Goodyear at 1303 N Academy Blvd. They checked the tire pressure, told me they were good and the light would go off. It came back on and it was worrying. This morning I stopped at the same store and spoke to Jim the manager. He said Michael would check the pressure and hopefully figure it out. Michael checked the tire pressure and did some checking and was able to recalibrate the sensor! Problem solved! I very much appreciate them taking the time and effort to fix my problem. It took less than 30 minutes! I was worried it was going to be an expensive fix. They were patient with my questions and told me to return if I had any other problems! Alright, So.... I said one star, my husband said 3 so we will go on ahead and give it an average rating. The tire size in which the place had ordered was incorrect. The quote online was about ($526) for a set of 4. Well the appointment was for 11:00 AM. So we dropped the vehicle off at 10:45AM, it is now 1300 and haven't heard anything about our car being ready for pickup; so we walked in to check.... supposedly James spoke with someone over the phone about our tire size being the wrong size that we'd have to order different ones. We never got the phone call so I have no clue who he spoke with. He tried to sell us other ones $800- closer to $1,000 quote. He added on that roadside warranty bullshit we didn't want nor need all the extra BS. Moral of the story- there was a wasted 4 hours in our morning and not a single phone call was given to us. read more

Don't waste your time making an appointment.. I've been to this location several times and I've never waited less than 2 hours minimum for an oil change. When I lived on the other side of town I was using brakes plus, made appointments with them and went as a walk in and always in and out in less than a hour. Pay more and wait longer here read more

If you schedule a tire change and alignment package together, a week in advance, and the first appointment in the morning, a reasonable person would expect it to take less than 2.5hrs. They will serve the scheduled customers last. Should have paid attention to previous reviews read more

I'm getting tired of these guys. The only reason I brought my car in today was that I'd purchased a three-year unlimited alignments package which I'm taking advantage of today, otherwise I don't go see them. Last time I tried to work with them I had a damaged tire and they insisted that I had to buy four new tires I couldn't just buy one or two. Nonsense. Today, I made a 12 o'clock appointment, and I arrive at 12 only to learn that they've just put another customer up on the alignment rack and that will be a hour and a half. So why did I bother to make the appointment at all? I'm so glad to be done with these people after this alignment. read more

Bought tires for my truck and wife's SUV here. Both times the folks were able to lower the price quite a bit from the MSRP and gave me a nice military discount. My wife ran over something a couple weeks after getting her tires and they were nice enough to let us purchase the tire insurance retroactive to when we bought the tires which saved us around $100 instead of paying for the price of a new tire. They also basically did my entire tire rebate paperwork so all I had to do was put a stamp on it and it was ready to go...which saved me a lot of time. They did try to get me to get a wheel alignments for both of my cars and I looked at the car on the lift and the numbers were (although not perfect)...were within the tolerable limits so watch out for that. Most tire shops I've dealt with do this, though! I recommend googling the tolerable alignment limits and having them show you what your car is reading. It is also nice being in the Goodyear tire network. I moved out of state but am still getting my free tire rotations. Plus, you are not going to regret going with a high-quality set of Goodyear's vs their cheaper competition. The grip, tread life, and quiet ride is worth the investment. read more

I'm new to the area and I realized my vehicle had a slow leak. I literally dropped by this place on the way back from dropping my son off at school. The gentleman at the front desk took my vehicle in right away. It only took about 20 minutes for them to fix and it only cost me $15. I spent 20 minutes having a pleasant chat with other folks in the waiting area. Good service, good price, great people! read more

Unbelievably terrible service. This location had three days to order snow tires for my vehicle from the warehouse in Denver in time for my appointment and somehow managed to lose them. When I told Benito I would take my car to the dealership and drop the $700 for tires there, he didn't seem to care. There are several other Goodyear Tire locations in the Springs. I came in this place to have a part ordered and fixed. The guy said it will take an hour to order it and 2 hrs to fix I said I said I was coming back in an hour. 40 mins later I called to see the progress made. I was told to come in. When I got there, the guy said he thought I was joking and I wasn't coming. I thought ok maybe people did that so I tried not to blame him. I told him to go ahead and make the order. He placed the order and said the part will be in the next day at noon and I should be there at 3. Promised me a free alignment and inspection. So I told him I'll do an oil change too in that case. The part including shipping and handling and taxes is $53 but I was charged $150 to fix it. The oil change was on the screen for $64. Came in the next day to get everything done, not only did the part not arrive from Denver but the guy was off I was told to come the next day again which I did. Came the next day they fixed the part did my oil change only to be told my car needed 2quarts extra I was supposed to pay $84 instead of the $64 as advertised. And the supposedly free alignment was $86 which I declined immediately. Because alignments cost about $50. I did one two months ago. That guy also tried to convince me to change my set of tyres I bought 2 months ago and charging me $300 more than what I paid for them. There is no HONESTY or CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at this place. No wonder it's always empty. A place I will never even pass by, let alone going in. read more

1 particular goodyear staff at this location is rude, inconsiderate & unprofessional ! ! couldn't even take 15/20 seconds to put some air in " 1 " my tires ! he told me they were extremely busy and to move my truck so he could get a car out. i drive 20 seconds down the street to firestone not only did he take the time to put air in my tire but told me to being it back if it goes low again and he will check for me! goodyear lost a long time client & firestone gained my business! ! cancelled my credit card with them today! ! read more
