They received my car on 8/25/26, started repairs and I got my car back today, 9/16/26. In the time they had my car, they've damaged the top passenger side where they were replacing both passenger doors. (I have photographic proof there was no damage PRIOR). The doors are not aligned. While driving, you hear the outside wind coming in. The wheel, which was on the estimate and paid for by my insurance, was not completed. They didn't align the trim, anywhere. The paint is a JOKE. It doesn't match either. Of course, any normal person would be upset. We were BEYOND upset and Chris who was handling everything, left early for the day per John because "he always does that and it must be nice". Well John, he's a joke of a man. I showed him everything, pointed it out and decided to say "I don't want to talk to you after how you acted inside" and went back to his pitiful desk to rip off the next victim. I am always running over a nail or something else that requires a patch or sometimes (unfortunately), a whole new tire. It's a curse. We really love a local spot that's close to our house, but found ourselves in a real pickle the Friday before the Fourth of July weekend. We had a tire losing air, and they couldn't get us in until Monday because they were so busy. That's when I gave Henry's a call. Charles was so nice on the phone, and didn't even flinch when I asked if they could look at it and make a potential repair by the end of the day. I went and dropped it off right away, and they were so great with communication; without a few hours, they had found the culprit, patched it, and gave me a call to come pick it up. The whole thing cost $25 - I guess that's pretty standard for a patch, but it's definitely the least amount of money I've ever spent on a car repair. We will absolutely be using Henry's in the future and I'm so grateful for their professionalism and how quick they got us take care of!

We exchanged a few more words and I left but that level of blatant racism was completely distasteful and I'll never return there. While driving, my wife felt water dripping on her feet in the passenger seat. We tried getting into a couple local shops, however, the wait time was to long to wait for. I feared that I was going to have to replace my heater core, and I knew that was a somewhat complicated job, because the dash would probably have to be removed. In a frenzy, I reached out to a cousin of mine who referred me to Paul at Auto World Tire and Auto. She praised their knowledge and expertise, as well as speed of service. I in turn reached out and made contact with Paul. He kind of assessed the problem over the phone, but wanted to be certain, and asked me to bring it down straight away. I didn't have to wait days or weeks for service, and that was a relief. Upon my arrival, I was able to see that their operation was busy. This is a good sign, as it represents good will and good service. I always fear the shops that have no customers. We arrived, Paul greeted me, asked for more information, took my keys and after a brief wait, they pulled the vehicle in. They proceeded to visually investigate everything. Even after, and knowing that I was going to be returning through some hot climates, they went on to perform a series of tests to be certain of their diagnosis. It turned out it was only a plugged drainage port in the heater box that was failing to drain. My charge was incredibly reasonable, and I have nothing but praise for the prompt and attentive service. When you travel long distances with your family, one always elects for safety over everything. Paul and his crew were not only generous in their understanding of my time predicament, but they addressed the problem straight away. I left their shop with a high level of certainty that there was nothing to worry about. Will I return to them for future service? Absolutely. Also, I think it's important to mention, that mechanics out here in CA just don't seem as knowledgeable as those of the Midwest. I'm not sure what exactly it is, but I always appreciate the data that comes from the testing and not just an opinion. We made it back safe and sound and I traveled through some areas along the way where the temperatures were in excess of 110 degrees.
