I went here to fix an oil leak that was found at another jiffy lube location and spent hundreds of…read moredollars for the leak to be fixed and for a tune up. Roughly a week after the repairs, my battery went out and I had taken it to another auto shop where they stated I had an oil leak that should get it looked at soon. I took my vehicle back to jiffy lube after being made aware of this leak and an employee stated I could bring it in the next day for the repairs. However when I brought my vehicle back, they denied me service stating they actually can't fix the problem at all and recommended a few places. I reached out to the store as I was very unhappy with this resolution and was informed I should call the 1-800 number on the back of my receipt. The number didn't work, but I googled it and found the actual phone number. I filed an initial complaint with Jiffy Lube' Customer service and the store did reach out, but when they realized who I was, they said they can't do the repair. I asked to speak with a manager because I felt like I was being double charged for nothing. He stated that the store manager Gary would be reaching out within the next day or two. I did not hear back from Gary or the store so I called the customer service number once more. But now I'm even more disappointed with their customer service support as I have not even had a response from Customer Support, Gary or Tom the district manager. I feel like I deserve a full refund due to this inconvenience. Worst case scenario I definitely should get back the tune up fee because they did not properly locate my issue, and now I have to get it repaired at another shop (labor and parts fee)

When they need to order the tires it comes in next day and able to get you in right the next day. I come back all the time fore tire pressure adjustment and they do it at no charge since I got my tires there. Always a pleasant experience with this Dobbs on Dorsett rd. There's a gas station right next to as well as subway, jimmy johns, Walgreens, smoothie king and schnucks so you can walk to grab a quick bite while getting your car checked. Then I immediately drove it to my usual auto body shop, West County Auto body, and they told me that they would install new pads and fix the rotors for 250 dollars. I will now probably avoid all Dobbs for anything - better to go somewhere less convenient. Fortunately, they only made me lose 12 dollars for the inspection - I wasn't going to take it back after getting it fixed elsewhere to save 12 dollars. They have a friendly COMPLIMENTARY shuttle to take me to work, and then also to come pick me up when my car is finished. That's right. A free ride so you don't have to sit and wait. How many business can you think of that provide such a great service for free? (Cue the crickets.) I have never once had them try to push anything extra on me or give me the old runaround you get at most car places. They are always polite, respectful, and extremely helpful when explaining any issues you may have and options for a solution. They don't talk to me like I'm a "girl", but at the same time they understand I need car things explained so a typical person can comprehend.
