Calling corporate to remedy the crazy 1 year of a problem i kept saying what I thought it was, 5k later not fixed and brought to WAY better shop. Was what I said. A coil.. easy test and basic knowledge. Said codes that were not correct. Idk how that happens.. Be careful with these places, been bringing car since I got it 5 years ago.. from 5 star to 1 absolutely.

Got 4 new economy tires and an alignment for a little over $600. Had an appointment and the wait was around an hour and a half, not terrible considering there were quite a few people there getting work done. As for location, there is a waiting area inside and benches outside. In the plaza with a stop and shop and Best Buy, with a Chinese buffet near by if you want to kill some time while you wait.

But quickly calmed down once I seen how they were handling each rim with care to ensure that they were not damaged by mounting tires on them. Also they took the extra step to put plastic caps to not score the rim on the insides. Went by on a slower day and they had me out of there within 20-25 mins. Also was cheaper than the shop that damaged my stock rims for my car. Over all very happy with this shop and will forever be bringing my wheel to them expensive or not good guys down there.

I was only given two options, pay 600$ for new tires to pass inspection OR tow my car. I made sure to keep one of the tires that "failed". I brought that same tire to a different shop without telling them anything and was told the tire was worn but not to the point of failing and without a doubt it would have passed. They refused to allow me to take my car unless it was towed out (I lived an hour away). Never going back. Felt like a huge scam. Wasn't even given a second opinion on the tires unless I towed it out to another shop.

Shortly after getting the car back after paying a good $2500, my power steering failed completely, making the steering extremely difficult. I contacted the shop and brought the vehicle back in. I was told the issue was a blown fuse, which they replaced and charged me again. However, the problem returned the very next day, indicating the root cause was not properly diagnosed or resolved. When I followed up again, I was told it would cost approximately another large sum of money around 1500 more to repair, despite the issue occurring immediately after their initial work and their prior attempt to fix it not holding. At this point, I am left with a vehicle that was functioning prior to service but now has a major safety-related issue that remains unresolved unless I pay significantly more after paying a significant amount initially. I would have expected a more thorough diagnosis and accountability given the timing and circumstances but I'm afraid not. On top of that they're not the friendliest and have smug attitudes, would not advise suing this shop if you're expecting an expert analysis and work done.
