I am not…read moreone to usually go on and leave feedback for any of my experiences in life at any places i go to however the public especially woman need to know about this pervert and his junk yard full of drugs addicts. I shut my car done at the gas station next door to this Furtados place so i can get gas. Well after i came out and pumped the gas i tried to restart my car and it would not start. Well long behold one of the guys that either work or hang out in that Mess was going out of the store and confronted me and asked me what was going on. I told him it won't start but was running good until i just shut it off. The guy come to find out was a mechanic at that dump and he suggested to get it next door and they would see if they could help. Next came 3 other guys and a kid and the mechanic who first came up to me sat in my car and steered it while they pushed my car next door to there mess and i should of just said no after seeing the way the place and cars outside were. The windows were and are still months later boarded up and i was tole this is because the owner rips people off and has enemies from cheating and ripping them off so whenever he fixes the windows they break them again so he leaves them boarded up. Well would you know i found out why.... After my car was pushed next door to there shop from the gas station there were 3 guys looking at it and i asked how much is this going to cost as i felt the presence of someone staring at me and sure enough i turn around and i catch the owner Simon Furtado starring at my back lower side aka my butt. I said excuse me and he looked up startled that i caught him and he tried to play it off.. He said come inside the office so we can do some paperwork if you decide to have your car repaired. Well i went in and told him i need to know how much first and what is wrong with it. Simon agreed to call me and let me know as the whole time he was looking at my chest area when he thought i was not looking. I felt so uncomfortable i got up and walked out calling for my ride to come get me.. Well 2 days pass no call and the 3rd day i call and ask Simon whats going on he tells me oh your car is done we tried to call you but no one answers which was a lie. I then ask him what was wrong because i never received any calls. Simon tells me it needed a gas pump and that the gas tank was no good and also the car needed a tune up. So i asked him how much it was going to be and he then said oh no i said it's done.. Well i was kind of like what the hell i never told them to fix it until we talked about what it was and how much. Simon tells me it is $958.00 for the repair and when he said that i almost fell on the floor. Almost a $1000 repair without even telling me first. Welp again needless to say i went there and as hell and i picked up my car. I told Simone That he was in the wrong because i feel cheated because he never called me. Simone tells me if that's the way i felt never come back there again that he gave me a break, Well i'm pissed i pay and leave and i don't even get a mile down the road my car shuts off in the middle of the beginning of rt18 south. I had to put my emergency flashers on and the car was stuck in the low speed lane on the highway. I was so mad that i called Simone and of course no answer. I have triple A come pick up the car while the police were there blocking the highway off. I felt so embarrassed. I have the tow truck driver take it back to Simone Furtado shop and he acted like he wasn't there but i seen him go in his office as we were pulling up. I get out and walk into the back where i heard talking and i walk up into 1 of the mechanics and another guy doing cocaine one guy was sniffing off a hood of car and when they seen me they were like oh my God we re sorry . Now i am ready to flip out i went to Simones office door and knocked and knocked no answer... The tow truck driver tells me to let him take the car to his shop and take a look and he would drop me off on the way. So me crying and upset tell him ok because i was and still very upset.. The owner of that shop calls me the following day and tells me that there in fact was not a new gas tank but an old one and that even the pump was used and it had junk yard numbers from a place name Goyettes i think thats how it's spelled. They didn't even put new parts at Furtados Like the Dirty Thief Simone said that Pervert.. Sorry for my long rant but people need to know that place is stealing by lying and they have drug addicts working there and if you are a woman stay away unless you want to be rapped with your clothes on.. I have filed at civil court and since then Simone has tried to call me leaving messages saying he is sorry tat he will help me out. Well too late i had the other shop take out the old parts and take pictures and i have Simones receipt saying all the parts he put in are new in fact are used and rusty

Recently purchased a used (2009) Infiniti from Bliss Express. Although older this car sparkled like…read morenew inside and out with only 20k miles. Took the car to Florida and it purred like a kitten all the way! Many many more miles left on this gem. Thank you Tony for this great find!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I brought my car there for an inspection sticker like I…read moredo every year and while they take a while at least they get the job done. This time however was different. I waited over half an hour and the guy pulls me into the garage to show me that my vehicle is not found. I thought this was weird because I just renewed my registration in January so I tried calling to RMV and the wait time was well over an hour. Instead I went to the RMV website and looked up my registration status. Sure enough it was active and all my info was correct. I called Bliss to let them know that my car is registered and there must have been something wrong on their end. He tells me that he will try it one more time but will not waste his time on my vehicle all day because I'm the one with the problem not them. So I told him if I am wasting his time then I would like my money back and I can try somewhere else. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was doing me a favor by allowing me to go back for free after this problem was sorted out (which is not the case because I paid for an inspections ticker and have yet to receive one) and that he's gonna be real nice to me by allowing me to get my money back and go elsewhere because my vehicle was wasting his time. Staff is incredibly rude and take forever only to do a mediocre job or not complete the job at all. Do not go here if you can avoid it. Never going back to Bliss Express.
