Over that time, I have brought them a significant amount of business, which makes it especially disappointing to write this review. Unfortunately, my most recent visit will be my last. Over the years, I have noticed a decline not only in the quality of the tires offered but also in the level of customer service. During my visit today, I stopped in to purchase and have two front tires installed on my van. At the time, there were four vehicles being serviced, but no customers waiting ahead of me. While I was waiting, a staff member who appeared to be supervising operations approached me and asked what service I needed. I explained that I was there for two front tires, and he told me to wait until one of the service spots became available. After approximately 15 minutes, another customer arrived and lined up behind me. When a service spot opened, I was directed to move my van into the available spot, which I did. I then waited roughly 35 minutes without anyone beginning work on my vehicle. At that point, I noticed that the customer who had arrived after me had already been serviced first. In fact, the service on his vehicle had been completed, at that time. I brought this to the attention of the same staff member who had spoken with me earlier. His response was that he had taken the other vehicle first because I was on the phone. While I did take a brief phone call at one point during my wait, it was after I had already been directed into the service spot, been waiting for at least 15 minutes, and I had clearly communicated my tire needs to him beforehand. From my perspective, there was no reason my vehicle should have been skipped. What disappointed me most was not the delay itself, but the dismissive response when I raised a legitimate concern. Rather than addressing the issue, I was left feeling as though my time and loyalty as a long-term customer did not matter. As a result, I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere. I went to another local tire shop, where the service was completed promptly and professionally. Based on this experience, I will no longer be returning, and this business has lost both my personal and company accounts. I hope management takes customer service concerns more seriously in the future, because long-term customers deserve to be treated with respect.

Thankfully I took before photos of each rim in the parking lot before going in for service because they are nice black stock Honda rims. When I noticed the damage to all 4 rims I went back inside to speak to the store manager Bill who came outside to take photos and see the damage. He stated that he didn't really understand how it happened because "the machine doesn't even touch the rim" but agreed to have them repaired and I would need to drop my car off for two days to which I agreed even though it was a inconvenience for me because of work and trying to get rides back and forth from RI to MA. When we went back inside he looked at the paperwork from my tire service and said "it was my new guy that worked on your car" and apologized. I told him I would drop my car off in the evening two Tuesdays from the date in order for them to have my car first thing in the morning on Wednesday so the rim guy could pick up the rims. I lost out on 3 1/2 hours of pay on Tuesday in order to bring my car back to them just for him to call me early Wednesday afternoon stating that my rims had been re-painted previously and that's why they got damaged during service and if I wanted to proceed to having them fixed that I would have to pay 1/2 of the total amount and he would pay the other 1/2. I declined the offer because I'll be damned if I'm going pay for the damage that they caused. I purchased my car a year ago from a certified Honda Dealership and have never personally painted the rims myself. The least they could have done was notify me at the time of service that it looks like they may have been repainted before and the risks of them being damaged during service since they are tire and rim "specialists", but instead they proceeded and didn't stop after the first rim got damaged but continued on to damage them all without ever saying a single thing about it to me. Highly unprofessional, and would not recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the new tire and scratched rim special Roland's!

    I was picking out a few stones from one of my winter tires, and found what I thought was a rock…read morewas actually a nail! The tire had been holding air, but I was not going to chance it. I have 2 complete sets of wheels and tires (winter and summer). Both wheels require a special lug nut tool remover! Of course, the one in my glove box was the wrong one. The correct one was at home with the other set of luggage nuts. So, the staff at Roland's checked but did not have the tool needed, I should have known better not to check! So, back to Wareham, then back to Roland's. They took me right away and removed the wheel, then the tire off the rim. The nail had penetranted that if I had removed the nail myself, the tire would have gone flat. They were easily able to repair the tire, and I was on my way in a short time. I only went thru all this because all thru this, the staff at Roland's were sympathetic and never made me feel bad because I had messed up. While there, another customer had gotten a flat, but by driving while the tire was flat damaged, the cord. I listened as they explained it. They were not trying just to sell him a new tire, but simply explain his situation. This is just another experience with Roland's, that makes them my go-to place, and I highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

After paying for the work and receiving my keys, I inspected my vehicle and immediately noticed a deep, obvious scratch on my passenger rear wheel. My wheels are brand new, and this damage was not there before. When I brought this to the attention of the desk attendant (who I later learned was the owner's son), instead of handling the situation professionally, he became upset, started swearing, and dismissed my concern by saying he could "touch it up with paint." I made it clear that wasn't acceptable and that paint does not fix a damaged wheel. I even mentioned that a friend of mine had a nearly identical experience at this same shop recently, and in that case, they had been refunded $230. At first, the attendant offered only to send it out to be painted, but after pushing back, I was eventually refunded $200. Still, throughout the entire interaction, the way I was treated was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I was spoken to as though I caused the issue myself, and the swearing directed at me was completely uncalled for. A business should take responsibility for mistakes, treat customers with respect, and address issues properly with their employees--not blame the customer. Based on this experience, I will never return to Dartmouth Tire, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

After disembarking from the ship to the airport, my flight was 10 hours later. Having no experience at all, I would have thought this would not happen. A few hours I can understand. Not 10 hours. Travel agents should know the appropriate information. Never even should anyone have to wait like this. If I travel again, I will not go through AAA. I will do all that through the company ie cruise line itself and they will get my business. I'm soooo upset.

    In the process of installing a spare tire, the tech cross-threaded two lug nuts and told me it was…read moregood to go. I went directly to the tire store which replaced the flat tire but could not install it due to the cross-threading. They sent me to a mechanic who was able to cut the two lug nuts off then found they needed to replace the wheel hub. The lug nuts had stretched out the sockets which meant it didn't turn properly and developed flat spots where it should be curved. I complained to AAA and they told me to take pictures of the damaged parts and send them on. I did so. Their first response was that liability could not be determined based on the pictures. I sent more pictures. They offered to pay half the cost of the new hub as a gesture of "good will". What did they think caused the damage? I'll never know. And I'm out half the cost of the new hub. On the plus side, the AAA tech was very prompt!

I drive a 2017 Volvo S60 Cross Country and parts tend to be more expensive than newer Volvo's on the road right now. My flex pipe broke down and separated from the rest of the exhaust system. It became loud and potentially a danger exposing my 2-year-old son to harmful exhaust fumes. With that being said, I was just going to pay the dealer price of $3,200 dollars. I received an additional estimate from a local shop at $1,632 dollars. I was getting an oil change, and the topic came up about my flex pipe and the cost of repairs. They gave me an insane quote under 1,000 dollars. I said order the parts and call me when they get in expecting to never hear from the again. Five days later I got a call confirming the parts were on the way and made an appointment to drop off my car. I was still quite skeptical. I dropped my vehicle off this morning and asked to see the part to be installed and to my surprise, they were authentic Volvo parts. The repair took less than two hours to do, and they used their own personal vehicles to drop me off at my residence and pick me up when my car was ready. That folks was above and beyond service. Now are you ready for this... $887.38 out the door! She sounds great and once again I feel safe with my little man going for rides with daddy. Thanks to Freddie and the team! You just made a new and happy customer.

The automated wash appeared to completely wash the car car well, but when I got home there was still dirt everywhere. Crappy car wash, go somewhere else!

Today was totally different from the usual service I receive. I arrived at 2:20pm for an inspection. As I was walking towards the door, one of the staff members asked me if I was with the guy he was helping in front of me. I said no, and he asked if I was here for an inspection and I said yes. He then sighed and said "I'm gonna be here all night." The sign posted said they do inspections until 4 or 4:30pm, so I was well within an appropriate time frame. I shrugged it off and he said "you can go wait in your car, it's gonna be a while." I waited in my car for all of 15 minutes max (not long at all) before he came up to my window to get my car and bring it back. I rolled down the window and turned to my passenger seat to get my registration that I had placed there and he said, "Sometime this year." I quickly passed it to him and got out of the car. As I was walking towards the building to wait in the shade he called out, "I should've been home an hour ago, I should've been cooking by now." The inspection was completed in a timely manner and I followed him inside to pay. I walked over to the card reader on the table with my card in hand and stepped over to the side. He stood across from me staring for at least 5 seconds before he said, "are you ready?" I responded with, "yes..? I'm waiting for you." There had been nothing programmed on the card reader yet so what was I supposed to do? Overall it was just a very strange interaction that left me feeling like I was burdening him. I have worked with the public for 10 years now and could never imagine speaking to a customer that way, I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Unfortunately will not be continuing my business with them.
