So he handed me a new nut.. to replace the old one it didn't go on. That's when I saw that nut couldn't go on because the Technician had stripped the wheel stud. I went and got the manager, he said he was never told about the damaged wheel stud. He did say they would get it fixed. But, I have take off and go to the mechanic across the street to fix it and Discount tire will pay. First, the technician should have notified his supervisor. Second, the manager should have gone and got me. If the manager and the technician would have told about the problem first, and not bring my car out for pickup. I wouldn't have been mad.

I got there, they jacked the trailer up, evaluated the tire, and said it would have to be replaced instead of just fixed! They went out of their way to call local Uhaul businesses to help. Uhaul sent a service tech, tire, and wheel to replace and mount on the trailer within 10 minutes. The trailer was jacked up using Martins Tire equipment, which they offered Uhaul to use without any complaints. What a gesture of courtesy and kindness! The tire issue was completed in very minimal time and thanks to the Martin Tire Crew for being honest, helpful, and willing to a complete stranger! I also might add, there were no charges for their labor and professionalism!! Absolutely the Best of the Best!!!
