All responded without delay. 4) Marketing and sales - Excellent use of Facebook ad, great sales presentation, perfect initial consultation. Some improvements - 1) Job site cleanup after the workday and maintaining a tidy work area. There were cut pieces of stone all over the yard which took me several hours to remove. 2) Don't use a loader to scoop granite from the concrete driveway. There are a lot of scrapes and pits in the concrete now. 3) The job was never finished 100%. There is a wall cap that never got cut and the drain for the patio extension was never added.

It was a smooth process from start to finish. Getting someone out here to give us a quote was done quickly. Getting us on the schedule that was conducive to our timeline was also super easy. We were told the painters would arrive between 8:30-9:30 a.m. each day, but they were here no later than 8:15 a.m. Early arrival is something that never happens with contractors! The crew worked nonstop (except for their lunch break) for the two days it took them to repair the damaged areas, sand and then paint the ceiling, walls and trim. I'm still amazed that they got it done so quickly! It'd have taken me at least a solid month of working every Saturday and Sunday from dawn to dusk to do the same job. The room looks awesome!
