Had a bee hive in my block wall. Their estimate was the lowest, some wanted to tear apart my wall. Robert came out looked at the opening and explained the spray he was going to use. Took him about 10-15 minutes to spray it down. Robert told us to try and keep the dog in cause the bees would be upset. Gave advice on how to seal it up. Even offered to come back to do it. I initially paid for upstart Gopher Service... which went okay... therefore went with a monthly charge of $45.00 for unlimited calls for gopher issues.., so when I called recently on 8/01/24 Speaking with Richard Lopez himself... because the gophers made 3 more holes... So I ask him what do you use to get rid of the gophers... he literally said to me very rudely ... "you always ask me that".., I was like omg seriously... and I said the reason why I'm asking is because they keep coming back.., A legitimate question on my part I thought.., but I guess I just frustrated him... or he must been having a bad morning!!!! then mentioned to him. We have a pretty severe gopher situation in our neighborhood so I opted for an annual plan, which is a one time payment (very reasonably priced and no need to sign any annual/monthly contract). Initially they came out about 3 times in a two week period and we haven't had gophers since. If we do see any activity they will come out and take care of it right away. read more

This review is long overdue - we reached out to Richard back in January 2020 after purchasing a new home. Upon remodeling the kitchen, rat poop spilled out from the walls and ceiling so we decided to have him check everything out and nip any potential issues in the bud before we finish the projects and move in. Richard came on time, was very professional, and gave us his diagnosis that it was an old infestation. However, there were steps that can be taken to prevent future pests issues, so we had him check the house once over and he was able to do exclusion services that blocked off potential entry points. He also set several traps for us just in case of future unwanted rodent visitors. Dissatisfied for a few reasons. Contacted them in December to set up spraying for bugs. They quoted a good price but then did not show up for the appointment. When I called the service provider he said he would have to call back to schedule because it was going to rain, but never called back. I tried again in April and the price went up $25 but still seemed reasonable. The guy came by 4/4/22. My boyfriend was here when they sprayed. He told me they only sprayed about half of the surfaces where bugs can enter downstairs (missed the bathroom, garage, and the outside/side of the home. Today I found two cockroaches in the kitchen. I had new sod install a few month back and then i see the mound of dirt, I had a darn mole digging up my yard, i tried everything to kill it, but no such luck it kept poking holes in my yard.
