I've had monthly pest control with this company since fall 2016. I had just bought my house which came with a small shed in the backyard. I walked in the shed and a huge black widow slowly descended down from the ceiling as if to ask me what I was doing in its house. I ran for my life. But then that night something bit me in my sleep, so of course I'm thinking it's that spider so I called DM pest control the next day. Michael came out to spray and I signed up for monthly service to ensure that spider doesn't come and reproduce in my house. That was almost 10 years ago. I had the shed demolished early 2017 and I haven't seen a black widow since. I've now been with DM Pest Management for 2 years after randomly finding this company here on Yelp. We do a bi-monthly service and they've been great at keeping critters at bay. We have an acre of land, and sometimes random pests pop up with a vengeance unexpectedly. This past Friday we had springtails take over my entire house. On my bed, in my bathroom, and absolutely covering the outside and ground outside my house. I reached out to David on Friday evening and he had somebody here first thing Monday morning. Just hired DM for pest control services at my parents new house. They had soooo many spider webs it was creeping me out. I put a lock on the gate to the backyard one day and within 2 days, it was covered in spider webs!! I found DM on yelp and saw they had so many good feedback. I signed up for their service and Michael came out to perform the pest control. He was one of the owners and he texted me the night before he came out, texted me when he was on his way the day of and showed up when he said he would. I explained the areas I was concerned about and he immediately went to work. He knocked down the webs, sprayed the yard and perimeter first, then, because the house was still vacant, he sprayed the inside as well. We signed up for their regular maintenance package and he will be out every other month to spray and keep the bugs away. I can already notice a difference looking at that lock when I went by the house again a few days later.....no more webs!!! We've been using DM Pest Management for a little over a year and have been very happy with their service. They are easy to reach by text and always give you a warning the day before they arrive. We get service every other month, which has been successful for our needs. They don't always come the same week each month, but they always come close to it and if you text to ask when they'll be in your area, they always reply to give you a head's up. Overall, we've been really happy with their overall service, as their responsiveness is good and the service technician is always friendly and willing to answer your questions. Also, just a note that another negative review noted getting a discount for your Yelp review. I have never been offered this. I think it would be hard for them to offer this type of discount since they were actually the cheapest service near my area anyway. read more

For the past 9+ years living in our home whenever it gets warm, we have had an ant issue. I have been dealing with it for years spending so much money and time on pesticides. The bug sprays did work on contact but then the next day they were back walking right over where I sprayed the day before. And the smell is bad as well after spraying. Then this year we had the worst ant invasion inside and out. My wife told me to get someone out to handle this, so my neighbor gave me his guy who is local and been doing his home with no ants for more than 12 years however he said he is booked for the next three weeks. I was not going to wait three weeks, so I came here to yelp. I found DM pest management and messaged them and within a short amount of time David got back to me and said he can have this taken care of in two days. We ended up and had the home sprayed by Michael and what he told me has so far been true. Michael has a great personality and sprayed our home well and about 4 hours later my bathroom sink that was infested with ants only had 1 that I could see. My pantry had no more visible. I have no clue where they went but they left. It has been more than a week and I have not seen anything inside our home. I am extremely pleased with DM pest management and the service they provided. He warned us it could take up to 10 days but next day we saw grand total of 2 ants then nothing! It's been a couple months now and we are still ant free! It's such a relief!
