I called about gophers in my yard and Richard and Michael came out within 48 hours. They were on time and so pleasant and polite. They treated the area and then at my request, performed an inspection of my attic for any entry points for rats. They were incredibly thorough and so honest not trying to upsell me on anything. They were careful to go the extra mile in checking my property for any openings that might allow rodent entry into my attic. Thankfully, my prior barrier work had held and they were so honest in pointing out how well it was done but had it needed to be addressed, I would have had no doubt about letting them do the work. They return to keep an eye on new evidence of gophers with excellent follow up. This is a family business and it shows as they are wonderful to deal with and take pride in their work. I used Gopher Buster on two separate occasions. Once in Nov. 2019 and again just recently May 2020. Robert was quick to reply and came out to my residence in a timely manner. In Nov. he applied two treatment and it seemed to do the trick- no more gopher mounds. Just recently I saw gophers in my yard and more mounds. Robert came out again and gave me a discount since I was a returning customer. He has applied 3 treatments and I am hoping that will do the trick. We just moved into a new home and while landscaping I kept seeing bees going in and out from the the roof. I suspected there may be a hive. No way I was going to check myself- who doesn't hate bees? This was an organization we needed. It's unfortunate but true. We had a roach issue and it prohibited our ability to be a cooking thriving family this past Christmas as a result. We spent the holidays prepping for Robert to come out and help us resolve this issue. We cook a lot so this was hurting us. I had a fungus gnat infestation in my front yard, they are small strange brown beetles that fly, apparently they like over water soil. They had begun to work their way inside and the thought was disgusting. I paid Richard to enclose all openings to the house so rats cannot come in in 2020. I still heard rats inside the walls right after their service within the 3 month warranty period. I called Robert but he did not believe me. I had to record rats' noise to convince him. They came a few times within the 3 months warranty but could not find the hidden openings that go into the house. They stopped responding my requests. They never fixed the rat problem in the first place although they have good manners. read more

Richard has been our exterminator for many years. His service has been dependable and thorough. We can call him anytime and he always answers. When I see a gopher hole between his scheduled visits he is here the next day to take care of it. He will take care of any pest problem we have. When the rodents found our avocado tree he installed traps and maintained them. He was able to trap several rabbits that were eating my garden. Everything is included in his fee.
