Well they came in and did a whole lot of work, and raised the outside of my foundation. But guess what that was not what I needed. The center of my house needed to be lifted also. After much research which I wish I had done in the first place I contacted Gordon's. They listened to me, they informed me, and they confirmed my suspicions as to why I still had problems. As we discussed what additional work I needed and that I was working on a limited budget. They helped me get my foundation fixed not compromising quality and helping me stay within my budget. As the workers arrived they were so professional and helped explain everything they were doing to make me feel comfortable. We built our house in 2002 with a suspended garage. I used Gordon to waterproof the house. They recommended an extra tough Watchdog sealant, french drains, and a sump pit (just in case). The salesman was very knowledgible. He said if the sump pit ever had water in it, just call and they'd be right out to put in the pump. We ended up having three leaks. One was in the corner of the foundation and two in the suspended garage area. It look like the cement guys didn't do a good job, it was way above the waterproofing. Actually, none of the leaks were Gordon's fault. I called and a Gordon guy came by the next day ( just like they told me they would). They sealed the foundation and the garage area. That was over 8 years ago. The installer was knowledgible and nice. We've never had water in the sump pit. We've never had a leak at the other two places either. I would recommend Gordon Energy for all your needs. They performed just like you'd expect: They told me what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and did exactly that. I recently used Gordon Energy as my foundation had moved (dropped) and they did a great job. During the quoting process Bill was very informative and took the time to make sure he answered all of my questions. I had three quotes for this repair and Gordon Energy was very competitive. When they arrived to start the project Bill took the time to introduce all of the crew to my wife and I so we would be comfortable with them in and around our home. Our home required (9) piers so that requires moving a lot of dirt. I was concerned about our sprinkler system and new sod I had installed. It was happy to have Gordon Energy and Drainage technician Dan arrive to give me an idea of what my options were to keep my basement dry in times of a lot of rain in a short period. Dan arrived on time, was courtious and listened well. He took time to look at both my interior and exterior affected areas. Dan gave me suggestions and options to resolve my issues, but was never pushy in any way. Even though I told Dan that I would not be making any decisions in the near future, he dug an area at the side of my home for me to further discover possible options. Joe and Bill I am sure you know by now that Joe's crew finished my mother in laws foundation project yesterday evening. Honest, Fast, A+ Quality - One of the greatest thing you can find today is a good honest company. Gordon is just that. I had been getting water into my lower level family during heavy rains at a rate of about 5 gallons an hour. Gordon's was very responsive in getting out and looking at and evaluating the problem. All the other companies wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to put in what I found out through Gordon's unneeded work. I can't thank the team at Gordon Energy enough for their professionalism, kindness, and quick response. My husband and I recently purchased a home with a walkout basement that was built in 1974. Until this Spring, we didn't have a sump pump and no one ever suggested that we needed one. Unfortunately, we ended up with water in our basement and lots of carpet that had to be ripped out. I was having a serious problem in my yard near the walkout of my basement. This was a very flat area that would not drain and would hold water for days until the grass would turn into a big mud hole. I worked with Randy who heads up the french drain and yard drainage department. Gordon Energy installed a 200ft long drainage system to grab this water and direct it down the hill. They installed a couple drain boxes and also buried our gutter downspouts. Since installing this I have had no standing water problems. I highly recommend them. read more

Rainwater seeped into our basement during a torrential downpour. Dan came out the same day I called. He identified a problem with the sump pump and fixed it on the spot. I am builder and have used Gordon Energy for my waterproofing, attic fans, and repairing leaks in foundation walls, since the have been in business. They always keep their "next day service" promises even when they were very busy. I've even had them put in "French Trenches" for swampy yards with bad drainage conditions. I feel way better about my sump pumps since they replaced our old ones. These are heavy duty and way quieter than the old ones we had. We used to have our old ones overflow regularly. These have been great. I have had them out to service them twice and they are very professional and I can usually get an appointment the next day after I call.
