It was written on my chart and then referred me to Argyle Associates to get my fillings done. They would give me IV Sedation which is not covered by ODSP. I refused to be gypped out of a lot money which I don't have. The dentist was not hearing me about the ODSP or mild Asthma. She said we could try to do the fillings without Nitrious Oxide . I had a gagging reflex problem through no fault of mine. The dentist decided to refer me to get my fillings done at the Civic. Argyles associates are money grabbers toward ODSP clients. Overall the care I got from the hygienist was wonderful. The reception staff are great!

Don't play coy, passive aggressive stance against the customer! You treated me with disdain, trying to purposely hurt me when I told you the music was blasting! I'll never go there again and recommend you don't either.

I no longer have a toothache, he gave me a temporary filling, and I am wondering why the first dentist I saw last week at a different clinic didn't offer me a solution until I could get something more permanent? He and his staff are pleasant and kind. Dr. Dabbour explains everything before he process and ensures that you're comfortable. I will be returning to this clinic for my regular dental care/check-ups as the team does an excellent job of taking care of patient needs.

I didn't realize how much better my dental experiences could be! Tony and Jennifer and kind, funny, caring, extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST. They don't go out of their way to convince you that you need an expensive procedure when really, only a simple one is necessary. They are full service, with all the proper equipment on-site so they don't have to send you elsewhere for special tests or x-rays. I'm moving to Toronto in the fall but I will still 100% use their services when I visit home because I am so impressed by their kindness and honesty! They are also bilingual!

Recently I went on a hunt to look for a good dentist in Ottawa and I happen to luck out since its…read moreclose to my work and the best one I've ever had (out of 4). I am of course speaking off Susan Daftary and her amazing staff, at the Terry Fox Dental Centre. I was having sharp pain in one of my tooth so I walked into the clinic and I got an examination the same day. Two days later Dr Daftary was playing tug o' war with my wisdom tooth and well the tooth lost. Dr Daftary is very polite and takes her time to explain everything to the patient. As far as skill goes, she is absolutely amazing. I felt no pain in getting my wisdom tooth removed and I was back at work 10 minutes after my procedure. She is also very knowledgeable and will go out of her way to accommodate the patient. I wish I could say I won't be going back but I think that's just wishful thinking. At least I know that when I return, I'll be in good hands.

Other dentists have been a disaster. Dr. Walters had solutions to all of my problems and the training and technology to make it happen. When I needed to get cavities replaced he knew to shrink the nerve first before putting on a permanent filling. My previous dentist did not and I ended up with a root canal. Dr Walters had a simple modern appliance for my teeth grinding, my previous dentists wanted to sell me a complicated 'old' style appliance. As a result of all of my experience with Dr. Walters, he's the only dentist I've ever trusted 100%.
