I am of course speaking off Susan Daftary and her amazing staff, at the Terry Fox Dental Centre. I was having sharp pain in one of my tooth so I walked into the clinic and I got an examination the same day. Two days later Dr Daftary was playing tug o' war with my wisdom tooth and well the tooth lost. Dr Daftary is very polite and takes her time to explain everything to the patient. As far as skill goes, she is absolutely amazing. I felt no pain in getting my wisdom tooth removed and I was back at work 10 minutes after my procedure. She is also very knowledgeable and will go out of her way to accommodate the patient. I wish I could say I won't be going back but I think that's just wishful thinking. At least I know that when I return, I'll be in good hands.

I have been happy with Dr. Farkhondeh and his staff. I've gone for two cleanings and repair of my chipped tooth. I was very impressed with the numbing injection for my dental work as it worked perfectly but didn't seem to last for hours on end afterwards, which is something I have experienced in the past. The front desk and the hygienists are so welcoming and caring. It makes going to the dentist enjoyable. They were patient in answering all my questions and even empathised with my complaints about insurance. Would definitely recommend!

The fit was too tight and broke my post/crown on my front tooth. I now require an extration and implant. $6k worth of damage because his $600 nightguard broke my tooth when i could have bought one at shoppers drug mart for $45. I went to two other dentists confirming the night guard was too tight and plausibly caused the damage. Dr Moledina denied responsibility. During a final consulation appointment urging him to avoid going to small claims court he disappeared for an elognated time before fitting in my nightguard to determine the fit for himself. I began voice recording over fear of what he might do. I ended up catching him on recording putting my nightguard in boiling water to distort its fit to avoid liability. Not only was he bad enough at his job to create this problem but he was unprofessional enough to go to unethical degrees to avoid liability. Dr Moledina watched me grow up and still tried to screw me over, how do you think he will treat you? I have written documentation from two dentist outlinging the damage and the timeline of my damage and of the night guard distortion. I have the original molding of the night guard and the audio recording proving his manipulation. Two different legal consultants have told me that i have won the case twice over. My initial civil case was clear he is responsible for the damange as i have been dilligent in gathering all the evidence and having written notes from multiple dentist and now i also have proof that he manipulated the evidence. He has zero legs to stand on and he is still forcing me to go through the small claims process instead of just settling with me directly. I am stunned at his lacks of ethics and professionalism. Do not waste your time here.
