    Champagne and Pep Pizza.

We made a reservation here a while back when we knew we were flying into London for our honeymoon. The staff was amazing and very helpful with recommendations and even sitting us earlier than our reservation time. The place is downstairs under Gordon Ramsay's Bar and Grill. The two moods came together with a lot of photo opps scattered around the levels. My wife and I both did the All You Can Eat pizza and sampled all of their selections (except the Vegan). The Ham and Pineapple was my personal favorite with the Idiot Pizza not too far behind. Their daily special was a ketchup based pizza (don't knock it before you try it, it's that good) and hit a lot better than I anticipated a ketchup based pizza to be. My wife's favorite pizza was the Idiot Pizza with the Margherita Pizza coming in close at second. Thank you to the staff for taking good care of us and hooking it up with a couple glasses of champagne as a congratulations on our recent wedding.

I wanted desperately to like Street Pizza given that I am a big fan of the Gordon Ramsay brand, so on my last night in London I ordered delivery from the St. Paul's location. They had a deal where I could get two pizzas and two drinks, so I chose Margherita and Pepperoni, along with some sides... the only problem is, where my pepperoni pizza should have been, they sent me an empty box. No pizza, just box. And not a box that formerly held a pizza that perhaps the delivery driver snagged, a CLEAN box (see picture). The margherita pizza was OK. The kind of pizza you may find at a buffet, but tasty enough to get the job done, but I just can't get past the case of the missing pizza. Thankfully I got a refund from the delivery service, but I would've loved to see what Chef Ramsay would've thought of that one.

Was on a work trip to London, and a friend was visiting at the same time. His palate is pretty limited, but he loves pizza and Italian. I've been to Ramsay's Heddon St restaurant, and when I was looking for great pizza location, Street Pizza popped up....of course I had to check it out as being a huge Gordon Ramsay fan. It's nestled in a very secluded business area, behind St. Paul's Cathedral, on a corner location, I was pleasantly surprised that even though my initial thought it was one level, it was actually two levels and the upstairs was even bigger space. The hostess greeted us right away, and allowed us to sit at a high-top table next to the window. The table was uneven, which the hostess immediately noticed, and fixed it with a napkin. Not knowing the idea of Street pizza, the hostess promptly explained the concept and the days special pizza. She took our drink orders, and came back with some water for both of us. Right away the pizzas were brought around (much like those Brazilian restaurants where different meat cuts are coming around. The waitresses/servers were very friendly and the restaurant very clean. Myself and my friend were a little confused on the days special pizza....which was a sausage pizza. Being Americans, one thinks a sausage pizza with large chunks of sausage, however, this pizza 'looked' like the margherita pizza, (mozzarella, tomato, basil) so a couple of times we passed on it as we thought it was the same thing. When the waitress brought out a fresh sausage pie, she came directly to us and offered us the sausage pizza, and I asked where the sausage was....she informed us it was mixed in the ingredients. Still questioning the sausage, we both waited for the classic margherita to compare them....sure enough, under the basil leaf, was a tiny sausage 'mash'. It wasn't until then, we did notice the difference and was pleasantly surprised. The crust was probably my favorite as it was a thin crust, and just enough flavor to want more. I'm sure between us both, we ended up each having a full pie for relatively decent cost. I would definitely go back if I was back in the area.

Pesto pizza? Did not taste like pesto to me

Wanted to like the pizza but flavors were off and crust too thin for my liking. Service was great and fun ambiance.

earthy ambiance, tall windows, spacious restaurant. had bottomless pizza, but my partner and i were only able to get through 2 pizza trays. the specialty pizzas were fun to try, but ultimately, i'd stick with the classic margherita and pepperoni next time. never knew thin crust could be delicious when made right!

Well... I have to admit... I was a bit deceived tonight. Here I was thinking I was going to have some much desired pizza.... and that didn't happen. We spent our last day walking the streets of London, taking in the sights and monuments. For the last 5 days it has been absolutely gorgeous, but today, our last full day, was the London we had grown up hearing about. Honestly, no different really than Seattle's, at about 50°, cloudy, and overcast with fog all around. I actually loved it, and we were scheduled to meet a group of friends at Ramsey's. We were seated on the upper floor, which was surprisingly quite large. We ordered some drinks from the bar while waiting for friends. Their selection was very small with mixed drinks. Perhaps order something off menu, as it appears to be a fully stocked bar. Asked for some of their roasted mix nuts, but they were out. Anyway, we were finally seated, and our server was very pleasant and accommodating. I had opted for the fish and chips instead of the pizza, and albeit it was very good, definitely not the best. It was generously proportional and very filling. What actually blew my mind was their chicken wings!! Infriggincredible!! Made with Tamarin sauce... DAMN!! All in all, an enjoyable evening with friends, the food was great, and the atmosphere was fun! Enjoy and Happy Eating!

I have to say I am a huge Gordon Ramsay fan. This place was awesome. Our waitress was so informative and it is all you can eat pizza. We had the butter lettuce salad with dressing, nuts, and pomegranate seeds. That went down fast and it was a great combination with the pizza. We tried all the pizzas, the special which had chicken, a corn puree as the sauce, and chorizo, the pepperoni, the vegan option, and Italian sausage. It is thin crust and it was all delicious. My husband ordered the lemonade and he said based on the tartness, he believed it was more of a limeade. Our waitress was fantastic. She took care of us from start to finish and she was so informative on what went well together. I hope to return soon.

Told us to come back in 2hrs. We waited at the front for 5mins. Empty seats. Fuck your Pizza

I've been to 3 Gordon Ramsey restaurants so far and this one would be my 4th. Once again, it did not disappoint! The waitress/hostess was SO friendly. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. We did the bottomless pizza. They bring the hot pizzas around and serve you a slice until you are full. The place was empty, only 2 other families in there so it was quiet on the day we went which was super nice. It was a good price if you are going to eat a lot. I was only able to get thru 3 slices, but my husband was able to get thru 9 slices. It just depends how hungry you are if it is actually worth it or not. Either way, it was delicious and I would recommend it!

Went to the pop up street pizza location @ York & Albany. It was a really great experience. I ordered 1 slice and a drink for 2.50. You absolutely cannot beat the price for this kind of quality. It was bloody good.

Oh my gosh -- this was genuinely the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in the UK…read more We politely mentioned that we didn't enjoy one of the pasta dishes and simply requested a small modification. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the owner became extremely rude and dismissive. Shockingly, he brought us the bill immediately, refused to serve the rest of the items we had already ordered (including the tiramisu), and directly asked us to leave the restaurant. We were calm and respectful throughout the interaction, but he refused to even listen to our side before abruptly ending the conversation with, "I'll get your bill," and telling us to leave. I honestly don't know whether he was irritated because we had an infant with us or because we requested a modification, but the behaviour was completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I still can't believe a restaurant in London could treat customers this way. Truly unbelievable service and an experience I would never want anyone else to go through. We initially ordered 3 items. The pizza was absolutely fine, so we never raised any concern about it. However, the pasta simply didn't suit our taste buds, so we politely requested a few alterations. Instead of handling it professionally, you refused to serve the tiramisu as well -- assuming we'd dislike that too and ask for modifications? Honestly, I wish I had taken a picture of the pasta to show how it looked. As a restaurant owner, you should understand that every customer has different taste preferences. And just for clarification -- we never asked for the pasta to be cancelled. In fact, we were even willing to pack it and take it home after paying for it, despite not liking the taste. You were the one who offered to cancel the remaining order, and we simply agreed. I would humbly request whoever is in charge to please check the CCTV footage and see whether we were ever rude while requesting alterations. Throughout the interaction, you only kept speaking from your side and didn't even give my wife a chance to explain. Is that really what good customer service looks like?

The upstairs is a corner view onto a street with dark woods and leather booths, while inside an open kitchen and a low-key young crew is putting out some simple, tasty food. Mostly appetizers, pastas and some pesce and carne dishes. Not a destination, but a good spot and one of the few restaurants on the street open on a Sunday. The downstairs basement hosts a cocktail bar that was closed on the Sunday we visited. We enjoyed the feel of the place, along with a bit of montepulciano d'abruzzo, some olives, a green salad, pork belly and a toothsome risotto with zucchini and prawns. Not a bad meal, priced pretty well, and a nice setting with friendly staff. We had such a good time that we failed to notice the police inspectress inside talking to the Paesan crew. The white and red police tape line both inside and outside the restaurant were in our peripheral view the whole dinner, but once outside, we noticed that a gigantic police triangle of tape took up the entire street corner, a female inspector was stationed there, and that down on the cobblestone sidewalk, a streetful of dessicated lemon and lime wedges lay from the night before, leading us to ponder, what exactly had happened here?

The waitress was helpful and calm and the red wine warm and fruity. I'll come again for definites.
