It's the honor system. Love it. $1 (or donation) for a large cup of feed. Drop your dollars into the box and take your cups of feed. Or drop a couple of twenties. Hey, it's for the animals. If you haven't ever fed farm animals, keep your hand/fingers flat with a pile of feed in your palm. Don't stick up fingers or they'll be mistaken for carrots. So many animals to feed. Mini horses, Mini Donkeys, Mini Mules, Alpacas, Bunnies, Goats and more. And don't even think about leaving without scratching the pigs' backs. The owner is super friendly. Super nice. Super helpful.

We didn't have a lot of expectations given the reviews on here but we figured we check it out for our son. We were pleasantly surprised how much fun we had! When we walked in, we were greeted by the nice staff and volunteers who told us the $4 entrance fee goes towards donations to help feed, house, and care for all the animals. We also learned that they're rescue animals. They have a variety of farm animals to feed and pet including a donkey, ponies, sheep, goats, cows, and chickens. They offer a punch card when you purchase grains to feed the animals too. Our son had so much fun with the animals. He smiled and laughed in excitement which put a huge smile on our face. Keep in mind that the farm is small but they are working hard to expand for everyone of all ages. There's a cute little rollercoaster and pony carousel. They even have a small Wild West theme town for the kids to play on. We had a great time on the farm. Definitely recommend checking this place out. We will be sure to come back again.

There are some (rabbits, goats, lambs) that you can visit inside their enclosures. The others (mini horses, turtles, llamas, emus and more) can be pet through the fence. There is popcorn and seeds that you can purchase to feed the animals, which they really like. The facilities seemed to be in good shape and the animals well cared for. Everything is run on donations, so bring a few bucks to put into the collection box and make your next fuel stop one to remember!

OR maybe it is if you want to face your fear. Either way, Clint's Reptile Room is a well kept and clean place just off the main street in Springville. You pay a nominal fee-I think it's about 12 bucks-to get in during walk in hours and you can hold and love on all the snakes and reptiles, with the exception of a few like the giant tortoise. Nobody wants to hold that guy. There are several volunteers running the show and will help bring out the animals so you can hold them. They will also take them away when you're done. If you want a more private experience, you can book a private visit on their website. Or come early during the drop in hours to get the white glove experience. You won't regret it.
