His office hours are on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Most of all, this is a physician who listens and is not "mechanical." If you are looking for a fantastic physician to take care of you and your family, you will be hard pressed to get anyone as knowledgeable as Dr. Nguyen.

Other than being a bit inconvenienced, I didn't question it until I received the $150 bill for a doctor visit. I don't have any life threatening diseases or terminal illnesses, so why? Do yourself a favor and find another doctor you'll be much happier.

Only 4-Stars due to the staff being somewhat "pushy" with regards to selling us (wife & I) new glasses. We went in explaining we are retirees on Medicare with Aetna Insurance (supplemental). One of the staff members checked our medical coverage and immediately said we needed to pay $39.00 each for the exams. My wife explained that we shouldn't be charged due to our age and we are diabetic (this exam being our annual check-up), and we've never been charged before. She then checked again and came back and said, "Oh, your exams are free". I understand that LensCrafters is in the business to make money, but being retired and on fixed incomes we cannot afford $400+ for glasses (each). The person assisting us was somewhat reluctant to give us our prescriptions, but my wife was persistent and we obtained copies of our prescriptions. Nice selection of frames with high-class names (Ray Ban, Stetson, etc.), but when you add up the costs of new frames ($188-$200+) and lenses, they quickly become cost prohibitive. As stated in the begging of this review, Dr. Pham was knowledgeable and great to talk with. We'll more than likely be back next year for our annual exams.

His thorough exam and meticulous gathering of information impressed me right off, and when he was able to offer a difinitive diagnosis and help me deal with what was happening I was extremely grateful. I did my research on a bilateral salpingectomy and how it decreases ovarian cancer. Plus, it doubles as sterilization. I went back to Dr. Boutry as he did my prior surgery last year to remove uterine polyps and my experience with him and the procedure was wonderful. As a 31 year old childfree individual, I was expecting to get guilt tripped about not wanting kids. Dr. B did not do that. I was up front about what I wanted and why. He agreed to do the surgery. I am currently a week and a half out of surgery and have no pain at all. He checked up on me after I got out of surgery to ensure I was feeling well. The best thing? I can barely notice the two small incisions that were made for the tube removal! Overall, my experience is life changing. I no longer have anxiety and I am THANKFUL there are gynecologists that believe in bodily autonomy. I went back to work a week after and have had zero complications.

So she called Dr Boutry, who just happened the on call. (I heard the conversation) and he said it's normal to have monthly bleeding and menstruation and that she should take aleve... Hold on people, I'm a guy and yet I know that after a hysterectomy there's nothing left to bleed, no lining, no period. So I encouraged her to go to the E.R (she was in tears also due to the fact that his demeanor on the phone was extremely patronizing and illogical, it was clear to me he was doubting himself and this was obvious). So my ex went to the E.R and they immediately performed blood work, pelvic exam, ct scan and UA. Identifying an infection... and was told that she should not have been bleeding 5 weeks post surgery... needless to say I am very glad she did not take Dr Boutry's advice.

He has always made my family and I feel completley at ease and has always answered any questions of mine with thoughfulness and accuracy. I chose to see Dr. Haughton while I was pregnant with my first son and although he is not particularly an OB/GYN provider, he is fully capable of treating those who are with child. I never felt rushed when he addressed all of my concerns as a new mother and I felt like he genuinely cared about my well being. He doesnt work full time ( which is probably why he's so good at what he does) so you have to be flexible because he may not be available at your every beck and call but he is totally worth the wait I feel so lucky to have been able to find a doctor that I feel like I can talk about anything with and not be judged or chastised. he never talks to me in a condescending manner and has always been professional I will be going to dr. Houghton 4 years and it will be a very sad day when he finishes practicing in medical field. I can only hope to find someone as good as him to take care of me and my family. thank you dr.
