They have a great name out there and do a good job so be understanding, that they might not always be available to Pick up the phone on long weekends and holidays. (If they were working on your car you would want them focusing on it) So if you don't get an answer try try again or simply drop in if you can. They can be a bit of a pain to find at first as they don't have the best signage out front. The lot there is often full so understand the parking situation might be a bit of a pain. There is a breakfast place right across the street that is great for lunch if you want to grab a bite while you wait. We currently have a vehicle that John rebuild the transmission within completely and have had…read morenothing but problems with warranty and service to get it corrected. As a result we have had to take it to a Ford dealer after he said it was good to go and wouldn't honor the warranty. They had another $500 worth of the issues that need to be corrected ; I would trust him to do any work on any vehicle at any time however the parts that were put in appear to have proper workmanship from subcontractors. In addition he will not return calls TO BUSINESS or mobile, his address comes back return mail. Buyer beware!
