The loose goose is like a burger except on a hoagie and without a formed patty. It's warm, gooey, cheesy. The sandwiches come with a pickle plate which is basically a few pickles, banana peppers and some homemade tapenade. The Dutch crunch roll, wow, wow, just amazing texture and full of flavor, the pastrami was solid but not mind blowing, but the combination (cheese, pickles and deli mustard) made this an easy 9.5/10.
