    Eruption - all crispy veggies!

This is a cute store! Lots of interesting jams, relish, etc and fresh produce. But we came for the sandwiches and gelato! Both of our sandwiches were huge and enough for lunch the next day also! We also had to try the lemon gelato but we ate it so quickly no pictures! Service at the sandwich counter and from counter were so friendly and made great suggestions. Will definitely be back!

What a fun establishment!! Such a cool history shared by the very friendly employee! We had delicious breakfast sandwiches and checked out the upstairs while we waited!! Was an old shooting gallery that taught the youth gun safety!! Now, it's a place of groovy neighborhood vibes and great food!

My wife discovered this place while planning our trip, and she immediately knew we had to stop in. It's a locally owned small grocery and deli--it not on a corner anymore (it used to be), but now located on a roundabout. When you walk in, the check-out counter is to the left featuring local baked goods, gelato, etc. There is some seating to the right with some really cool sliced log tables, and the restroom is in the corner of that particular area. The mid-section has shelves of specialty and convenience items, with stairs leading to a second floor which we did not check out. On either side are coolers, produce, and other grocery staples. The deli sits in the back. We loved the overall look of the place--rustic with a bit of an industrial touch, totally our style. The deli menu board behind the counter lists breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and pizza. They also serve coffee. We weren't in the mood for a deli sandwich but did see they have been awarded best sandwich for quite a few years which is cool! When we saw the pizza prices, we did a double take. A 12-inch cheese pizza starts at $19.89 and goes up to $25.89 for a supreme. Gluten-free adds $4+, and focaccia crust adds $6+. While we appreciate good sourdough (and they use Kalama Sourdough, which has a great local story), the prices felt a bit steep for a 12-inch pizza. So we decided to eat elsewhere. That said, this was still a really cool stop. The shop has character, local charm, and a great aesthetic. We'd definitely come back for coffee or to browse again next time we're in the area. We are even open to trying the pizza and seeing if it worth the price.

5 stars, because it's as good as it gets. Clean, friendly and delicious sandwiches. Woodland Corner Store is a Market, but definitely a place to grab a delicious bite to eat. Pizza or Sandwiches for lunch; using Boar Head Meats! Order from their intuitive electronic board using contactless payment or cash at the register. Eat in their rustic dining area with friends or your business group. Or get it to-go. Recommended to friends and family! And definitely will return Photo depicting two different sandwiches.

What a gem this place is! I was driving from Portland up to cougar to stay overnight for an early morning Mt Saint Helens summit hike the next day. Had no idea what my dinner plans would be as I wanted to keep things light before a big hike. At the roundabout I saw this place with a good group of people outside. I needed a banana & apple to carry for breakfast & figured they may have it. I walked in & the smell of pizza & sandwiches wafted from the back so I wandered back there to investigate. There was a big menu with offerings & a very friendly employee telling me about the best things they had. I decided to go with the Eruption & take half of it up the mountain with me the next day. YALL I'm honesty proud of myself for not eating all of it before I got to my lodging up the road. It was so goddamn good. I told everybody in my hiking group about it & one of the guides said they would go by the next day & get the same thing haha. They also had fresh produce, some beer & snacks on hand. Very convenient & nice & only $17 for a stacked sandwich chips a couple of bananas & an apple!

Was excited to try this place out. Was greeted by a young her girl who was very friendly. She made my husband and I feel very welcomed. She explained where everything was and how to pay etc. We went to the back and bought a club sandwich panini style. All sandwiches come with a bag of chips. It was delicious, but a little on the pricey side. I went the check out the produce that they have. I bought 2 containers of strawberries because they looked phenomenal. I also bought a yellow onion for $.47! Prices on fresh produce were great. There is lots of sourdough bread and assortments of baked breads as well. I purchased a carrot cake that had coconut and pineapple. It was soooo good! Lots of seating and cool handmade lamps repurposed from old alcohol bottles. Also, local honey for purchase! Great spot for a quick lunch, highly recommend!

Came here with a friend as a stop on the way to hike Mount St Helen. The spot was perfectly placed on the route. Giving a real home feeling. The customer service was truly top notch. So friendly and kind. I ordered a toasted turkey and cheese sandwich on their fresh sourdough bread. It was amazing. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. So fresh and full of flavor. We also heard that the breads there were made fresh by one of the owners. So we had to buy some. We got a banana chocolate chip and apple pecan. Both were AMAZING as well. So fresh and full of flavor. We were so happy we stopped here on our mission to hike Mt St. Helen. We would gladly stop here again when we are in the area.

Been here a couple of times with my friend and consistently this place truly got the best sandwiches n food overall in the whole town of Woodland. Not just saying that. Im picky and go out a lot that if you want a good meal to go and eat out or in. This is the place. Everything here is fresh and good quality. No wonder why I see bunch of cars pulling in at a location where its kinda hidden. That tells you this place is good. The service has always been excellent and the atmosphere is clean n welcoming. Definitely check out. So delicious!!!!

Recently tried this place after getting a new job in Woodland and am so happy to have found it! I had heard about the Woodland Corner Store before but rarely make it out to the area so never even crossed my mind when craving a deli sandwich. Now it's my GO TO! 5 sandwiches for sure. I love that you can order online too, makes it so easy for me to pick up on my lunch break or even after work. They do not scrimp on meat portions and I like that you can choose 2 meats without an up charge like a lot of places often do. They have a ton of options for bread, condiments, meats, and veggies to add. We have only tried their pizza once and overall it was good pizza. It is sourdough pizza dough so that was a little different but still very tasty. The crust is a little thicker than we prefer but it was cooked really well and nice and crunchy. We would get pizza here again! The thing we didn't like was the breadsticks. I don't know if those are freshly made there or not but they honestly reminded us of the boxed up frozen ones you can buy and cook in your oven at home. The market itself is super cute and very well kept up. They have fresh produce options, stuff from local vendors to purchase, lots of drinks (adults drinks, too!), and even gelato. They have some tables inside to eat there if you wish. Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area.

    The crew hand-tossing pizza dough

What went well?? Everything was amazing!! The ambiance, the staff and the food all FIVE STAR. The Corner Club is beyond great, and potato chips come with the sandwich, too. FYI: Not cheap chips, the REAL deal; Kettle Chips! And the pizza is actually hand-tossed pizza dough, fresh, fresh, fresh and oh-so-good!! Will I be back? Every time I drive by, I have to stop and eat!! Yes, yes, YESSSSSS

Two pieces of meat in the BYO when it used to be packed with protein. Still the same $12 but worth $4.
    John C.

I like that the owner responded. That said I've been there 20 or more times and what I was saying is the value for what you pay doesn't exist anymore. If you're doing two ounces in an 1/2 BYO then it must have been 4 or 6 before. It's the only sandwich order so I kinda of understand the difference. As for the pizza I have over 500 check ins and 300+ reviews and I bet if you look at my history I got 40 or so pizza reviews and pictures from all over the PNW so a blog is relatively unnecessary. Good luck though for you.

BLT on the left, caprese wrap (with bread substituted) on the right Had to take a bite before taking the photo lol

Great little corner store, has everything you'd want in one and more, cute space, actually genuinely nice staff, and great sandwiches! Like actually ones worth the price (prices are reasonable) as they are tasty and simple :) My picky nine year old said "this is the best non homemade sandwich I've ever had" and that is the best comment I've ever heard come out of her in regards to any bought sandwiches I've gotten in the past hehe Stop in and check this place out, it's especially perfect after a long day out on the water at lake Merwin!! It's perfectly situated :)

Pepperoni and mushroom (not much mushrooms )

Their pizzas are the best I've ever had! I will drive the 25 minutes just to eat the pizza here only! The Gouda cheese adds a smooth cheese element and tastes way better than just having mozzarella! I do wish they topped it with more of the veggies ingredients like the mushrooms and green onions, but it was still fantastic! And I love that they have a good selection of drinks and some seating. They also have gelato! And the owner is super nice!!

    Love these!

I had been paying top dollar for a 6oz container of Blueberries at my local supermarket paying anywhere between $2.99, $3.99 & $4.99 for a one serving container. I posted a message on Yelp Talk and was turned on to Frozen Blueberries at Costco. At Costco I found a 5 pound bag of frozen blueberries from Columbia Fruits for $13.99. I took them home and placed the entire contents into a Rubbermaid Tupperware bowl and froze them for my morning smoothies. I opened the Tupperware container this morning and got a look at these things in the day light. These blueberries were the size of marbles and so blue they were purple. I washed them off a bit and noticed it was draining a lot of the stuff I probably want in my body and not going down the drain. Columbia Fruits produce also grows & sells Raspberries, Blackberries, Strawberries & of course my favorite Blueberries. I figured what the heck why not shoot them off an email and ask about the washing that they do before packaging. I emailed them and got a response back within minutes. I am super careful as to what I put in my body. I checked the pollution & groundwater reports for Woodland, WA which surpassed the EPA standards by at least double in every category. This Farm has earned my business and is saving me tons of cash.

The brand we had been buying was to say the least becoming a very poor quality product. Buying the Columbia Mango chunks was unbelievable.
