A guy supposedly named Mark came out and was doing trash. He mentioned that the pumps were confusing, so I was like "oh yea, it was showing me a blank screen." I handed him my friends card because I was under the impression that he was going to help me. He snarkily responded "I'll just let you guys figure it out on your own then." My friend then took her card back and I went inside to the cashier to ask for an amount on a pump. When I went back outside, he started harassing me, antagonizing me, intimidating me and instigating things. He was talking disrespectful to me and my friend, and had then started using a nasty tone and said horrific things to me. I told him that he can stop harassing me and that I have his name. He threatened to do whatever with our license plate even though he made us two women feel unsafe as I was pumping gas in the dark. He then said I was not welcomed back into the store even and started arguing with me over who was being disrespectful. I had not opened my mouth until it was to defend myself because he made me feel extremely unsafe and was being nasty for no reason. So, I went inside and asked the other guy for corporate number or the general manager. I am not sure if I truly talked to the manager, but supposedly his name is Dale. But when I got in the store, "Mark" was talking extremely horrendous about me and my friend and said "oh, look, they came in here even though I said they were niot welcome." I went in solely to talk to the manager. I will be calling this place tomorrow and escalating this to corporate as he has now made me and my friend feel extremely UINSAFE and I refuse to allow this to happen to another woman. He was mad that my friend had taken her card back and then just raised his voice belittling and degrading me. Gladly, I won't be coming back here anyway because I am out of town, but the disrespect to two VULNERABLE women pumping gas is not okay. I do not deserve to fear for my life BY THE EMPLOYEE.

They literally scare me. This is the kind of place where you only roll your window down far enough to stick the card out the window. The main attractions of the mall include the Eddie Bauer, Pendleton and Nike outlets. As always please be cautious of parking directly next to or in this case, directly behind other Tesla's charging, unless no other space is available. When two Tesla's park next to one another, they draw power off the same source which leads to slower charging and wasted time. So spread out at the chargers and enjoy the several outlet stores and your time in Seaside, Oregon.

On a whim I drove over to this place and figured that although I didn't really need one, I could get an oil change and hopefully get my air checked before I headed back to Washington State. I showed the guy the oil change reminder sticker and said that it was probably too early to get it changed but that I needed my air checked. He told me to pull into Bay 2 and then after we determined that I didn't need an oil change yet, he filled my tires with air. He didn't charge me at all and although I was worried that I would be inconveniencing whomever pulled up behind me, he just directed me back out and I was able to turn my car around to leave. I really, really appreciated their service and the next time I am due for an oil change and am in the area I will definitely use this location.

Turns out our alternator got shorted out and shortly after leaving Valvoline our truck died and we were stranded 1 1/2 hours from home. We had to have it towed home, but an alternator and repair. We are out money for a tow, and repair and Valvoline has yet to make us whole or contact us. Dawson Cook the manager at this shop has not once contacted us and we have called Valvoline & submitted all receipts and have repeatedly been told a check will be sent, yet with each call we make we get the same story - that Dawson Cook hasn't submitted his part of the paperwork. Do not give this place your business, if anything goes wrong you cannot speak to anyone that actually deals with the problem you are just sent "further up the chain" which gets you nowhere. We submitted our claim with all receipts and need this resolved. Claim # CS2247067. Plan on hiring an attorney if you use Seaside Valvoline.

Very disappointed in their service, or lack thereof. Tire failed and was told they wouldn't sell us…read moretires without a certified mechanic looking at it. Mechanic advised Les Schwab that the front end was fine and ok to put the tires on. Still refused but agreed to align. Did so and found that wheel to be the only one not needing adjustment. Still refused to sell us tires. Was told not to bother taking it to Costco (which we should have done in the first case) as they wouldn't touch a car with a damaged tire. Wrong. Costco pleasantly ordered Michelin all season tires for less than the Les Schwab tires and will replace in about 3 days. Very helpful unlike Les Schwab who told us to bring the car back for realignment after we damage it again. Demeaning. Highly recommend considering Costco for your tire needs.
