I stop by on a Saturday night maybe 30 to 40 minutes before closing needing help with a gift purchase. The associate Grace was very helpful. I know it was the end of the day but she didn't let that stop her from giving top notch customer service. She answered all my questions honestly , not generic or robotic. Worst customer service ever!!! I was given a birthday gift from a friend from this store and I wanted to exchange it for a gold necklace instead of a silver one and they said that they needed the name and contact information of the person who bought it for me. I provided the info and because they didn't have a record of the purchase in their system they couldn't help me. It was a gift! Is everyone automatically entered in their system? This company as a whole has excellent customer service. I've been to this location and the one in century city, and their employees are always very nice. I'm a big fan of the jewelry, and recently I lost one of my gold huggies. I knew I was going to just pop by and get a new pair because I loved them, and when I asked the rep to point me towards them in the store she goes "if you have the one earring with you I can replace the pair". I had such a wonderful experience today at this location. I was promptly greeted with a warm smile by Christine and friendly hello from Kayla. I was helped by the store manager, Chelsea. We had a long drive to the store so I had a hungry baby that needed to be fed. Chelsea was gracious enough to let me nurse my baby in the lounge and she also offered my husband and I refreshments. She personally walked me through the store, helping me try on beautiful pieces. She also styled me with jewelry that complimented what I was interested in trying on.
