The second piece was not even my original piece. I was sent a completely different version of mine. My piece was over 15 years old. I was told there was nothing that coul be done and that it was human error. Was told after three days they just recycle the old pieces. They gave be a store credit for the original cost, they didn't seem to care that they were at fault and my original was never returned. I placed a call to the corporate office to place a complaint. The supervisor tod me that their repair person, never even noticed and just sent me the wrong one. She issued an additional credit, but again I will never receive my original bracelet back. The store credit will go to waste as I will never shop with Brighton again. This was unacceptable and the wo customer service I've ever experienced.
