They had one car in the bay they were working on, they told the customer ahead of me, who ended up scheduling their service for tomorrow despite being told they could get them in tonight, that they were halfway done with the car currently in the bay. They said they only had 1 tech on duty. Same thing they told me earlier this week when I came in to get tires balanced. Lost an hour of my time, it's whatever. What's frustrating is the cost of fuel right now, just about cost me as much as the tire mounting itself just to make the trip over.

Most shops were closed, but I called Jairo's shop around 7:30 PM -- and he answered! He told me to bring the car in on Monday. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and I ended up needing parts from the Mercedes dealer in Ft. Wayne. After I picked them up, Jairo stayed late (7:00-9:30 PM!) to do the repairs and get me back on the road safely. He knows his imports, charged a fair price, and didn't take advantage of the situation.
