I walked in without an appointment and got taken right away. I had a pedicure that was adequate...I didn't pay extra for anything but got a good scrub, got callus grating(!) and cuticles taken care of. My toes look great...for $40. I called this spa on May 5 2026 to make reservations for 2 pedicures for May 9 2026, for my wives Birthday and her friend. I could not understand them on the phone so I immediately drove over there to talk to them in person , The lady was busy,so she called a gentleman from the back to schedule the pedicures for the 9th, wrote our phone numbers on the calendar and said she would call us as soon as she was finished for conformation . 3 weeks later ,still no phone call ! Could've just denied me the service because on top of that they don't close until 5PM and I arrived at 3:30 and they had no customers in line waiting before me. I went here last minute because I couldn't get into my salon. I was NOT happy! i asked for new tips and dip for my manicure and she told me to pick out my color. I picked it out and then she sat me down to soak off the old nails. After that she informed me that my own nails were long enough and that the tips aren't good for people so she was NOT going to put them on me. She then proceeded to file my own nails down short...when I left I still had the old nail color smeared all over my fingers and she said that will come off in a couple of days!!!!! The owner does a beautiful job on pedicures however the organization of the salon causes problems. Never can count on being taken on time even with appointment. I was willing to accept that until today. Called in morning for appointment and she said she would call me at 1 30 with a time. She didn't call so I called and got a answer that the mailbox was full. I went there yesterday in early afternoon and door locked and no sign up. I went somewhere else today and got immediate service and loved the outcome. This is only one example of the many times I had to wait and told to come back later, Again i have always been satisfied with the outcome of the service but I don't like to do deal with uncertainty. First time going there. I had dips on my nails from a previous place, no one really talked to me at first, just sat me down and put my fingers in a bowl of acetone for about 45 minutes. I thought maybe they forgot about me and that my fingers might fall off, but when they did finally get around to me all the polish was off and they had to do very little grinding. I liked the outcome of the new dip very much. The place I had been going for the past year (because I really like the lady) was getting a little sloppy and the polish was way too thick. The woman that did my nails here was very good but very difficult to understand. I'll probably give them one more try and see how it goes. read more

It was my first time going there. I went with my friend because she loves it there. I got a pedicure and the service was really nice the older man took his time with cleaning up my nails but the lady who did my polish missed a lot of areas on my nails like the sides and the top. We called to make and appointment and after waiting 25 minutes we asked how much longer it would be and we were told to come back tomorrow. AWFUL customer service. If you are busy, say so. Don't make people drive 30 minutes to your salon not once, but TWICE, and then tell them to come back another day. Not only does this salon have awful customer service but their color options are very slim, it is a very unorganized, and dirty. Won't be returning here. read more

I would never return here again. They kept switching up what they could & couldn't do for my nails & in the end they ended up being uncomfortable acrylics that were crooked & ugly looking. I had to rush off to pick up my daughter & get to a wedding & tried calling back for a refund which they refused to give me. They hung up on me 7 times & said they would not fix the issue.
