Mark came out to repair a chip in our windshield for $45. When my husband went out to look at the windshield and pay him he said he fixed two chips and it would cost $60. He said he didn't want to bother us to get the ok for the second because we were working in the house. So we paid him the $60. My husband went into his truck the day after and found the windshield cracked both ways from the chip. When we contacted Mark he advised he would refund our money. Two days later he asked for pictures and then said his warranty states they will provide $50 toward a windshield if he replaced it if we feel the windshield needs to be replaced. We advised we were using our insurance company and he said we should've contacted him first. His warranty does not state he has to replace the windshield, just lists the amount paid toward a windshield replacement. After this got heated via phone call and texts he stated he may have given us our money back if WE hadn't made it difficult. He also said he doesn't care what Yelp says. Why would we trust someone who messed up a chip with a whole windshield? Should've looked at all the negative reviews on Yelp first. Lesson learned. read more

I got in touch with Mark January 2nd due to my windshield being hit on new years by a bullet. We schedule an appt for January 8th for him to come out and replace my windshield. Well he didnt show when i called he apologized profusley saying due to us texting details and setting the appt by text he forgot to write it in his appt book. We rescheduled it for the 9th at 12 he never showed and never called i called him at 1:15 and he called me back at 1:37 with more excuses saying its not my fault or problem but he rescheduled again when i said i had places to be. We scheduled it for between 8 and 9 am on January 10th. I messaged him at 10:22 and never heard back. I called on Monday January 11th at 730 am and left him a voicemail and also tried to text message again. I am writing this review at 2:37pm on Monday January 11,2021 and i have not heard a single word from mark. If I were you i would look elsewhere to get your windshield fixed. His prices were great but actually getting him to do the job i have no clue because he never showed. read more

At first I was very pleased needed rear window replaced ASAP in my Jeep and Mark showed up as promised Monday afternoon. It was obvious immediately broken glass was still inside the liftgate rattling around. He said he tore it all apart did the best he could cleaning it out he used my shop vac. Did not bring one with him, said that it would keep falling out the hole, the lift gate ajar light stayed on for a few days. When I asked him on text he said if it was something he was responsible for he would look at, no one else ever touched Jeep. Had my surgery, to and from medical appointments over the period of the next few weeks every time my wheelchair was pulled out more glass would fall out and my husband would have to clean it up. On our third trip home the entire back interior panel fell off of inside of the jeep. All the clips were broken from when he took a part. After more than 12 text messages admitting he broke this part and would fix, there were never any shows always excuses or just plain no-shows. Memorial weekend Mark made it clear in text message he was done with us. Contacted my insurance carrier they spoke with Mark weeks ago he promised to pay dealership that day, After weeks past my insurance company called told me to get Jeep fixed they would pay the dealership . The Jeep was fixed Monday. Glass was installed April 29, it took till July 8 to get this jeep fixed properly. My insurance company paid the over $300 to fix the damage that Mark did when he damaged the interior parts replacing this window. I had a Taylor spacial frame put on my leg/ foot May 1 still have it on. I was patient with this man, gave him several chances to fix this damage. Consumers beware this business! I hired them to repair my neighbors' windshield, which was cracked due to my fault. It was a complex star break, which I did not think could be repaired without further cracks, but the owner, Mark, said that if the repair did not stop further cracking, he would apply the repair fee against a full windshield replacement. So, I figured 'nothing to lose, let's try it'. The windshield did crack later and my neighbors called him to price a replacement. He said he needed the additional money up front to order the windshield, which they unfortunately paid him. That was months ago, and they have not seen their money or him with a new windshield since. They had to take him to small claims court, won the case, and are now trying to figure out how to collect. (Small claims has no teeth to collect after a win.) I can't believe this guy is still in business. I'm just trying to do my part to insure no one else gets taken by him. I feel really bad for my neighbors and to be associated with this whole mess! read more
