However the young man there at Dave's said he could put the window up and tape it to keep it from falling . He charged $50 bucks.. Very hard for me to come up with btw...but I did and took my truck there to have the glass pushed back up and taped. That was on the 1st or 2nd ...Well I came out this morning, the 4th (not) even a full 72 hours later and my window is down again. It was raining and I was stressed out over it.. So I called them to explain my situation .. A young man got on the phone and basically told me the window has tape on it.. And they're not responsible for it falling. He also went on to say that I wasn't paying attention to my window , but I hadn't driven my truck at all yesterday. I didn't think I had to stand there and stare at it. He said what do you want me to do about it? I said what would you want someone to do for you?? No response!! Long story short! I had already told them I had 2 windows that I wanted them to fix on payday, but after this experience and pure disregard from them with regards to my situation I will not be going back! Serra is a completely different dealership with no concern for you or your vehicle. We worked directly with the Serra Disservice Manager, Chris B. Chris was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Chris has no concern for the customer & terrible communication during the entire process. We took our vehicle to Serra to have service performed & without doing any diagnostic work on the vehicle Serra Service tried to get a new engine from our Max-Care Warranty, rather than to perform the engine repair. With our vehicle having the Max Care Warranty, Serra Service assumed they could make additional money off the warranty group by replacing the entire engine on our vehicle. By doing this, Serra Service triggered a buyout from Max-Care which cancelled our warranty coverage & left us with a vehicle that still needs repaired & they charged us over $1000 for this disservice.
