First time experience. A few days ago when I called to schedule my appointment the staff member was extremely helpful. He assisted me with my insurance claim and got me in right away. Today, I arrived and the gentleman at the counter welcomed me and offered fresh coffee while I waited. I was able to complete emails ~ they offer Free Wi-Fi. I was pleasantly surprised to have my windshield replaced in such a short amount of time, less than an hour. Hello everyone. Save On Auto Glass is the best in the business as far as I am concerned. and will be the only business I will take my car to be fixed and repaired. I have a SRT 392 Scat Pack Widebody Charger and my car has been broken into a total of 7 times. The first three times I used three different glass repair businesses that did not live up to the standards that I required in replacing the required back windows of my Charger and the removal of the glass shards. Fast forward to the seventh time my car was broken into with the rear driver-side passenger window, I called the owner of Save On Auto Glass and explained my situation to him about having major surgery on my right leg and could not drive my car. The owner took it upon himself to help me out by sending two of his awesome employees to pick my car up and, have it delivered to his place of business to fix my window, and bring my car back the very next day, fully repaired as well as the glass shards cleaned out of the back seat. I am truly grateful for his help and I would like to state this business is right on point and know how to treat its customers. I would give a negative if possible. I had them replace my 2018 Ford Flex windshield and within 3 months it started leaking. When the replaced it they left a mess inside my vehicle. The 2 men that worked on it complained the entire time that they hated working on the Flex that it was difficult to do. I called when it started to leak and they came back out to fix it. The same 2 men came out and told me it was my fault that it was leaking that I must have slammed the doors. Maybe my back passenger was slamming the door. Well it's only my 6 month old in the back so, nope! They check the leak and confirmed it was leaking so the caulked the area that it was leaking from. They left a mess agin, this time black caulk all over my interior and the seat. I called to complain about the mess and they told me to bring it to their shop on Van Dyke and they would clean it. Well that 45 mins away from me. I ended up cleaning it myself. Well 2 months go by and guess what? It's leaking again! I'm guessing if I call they will probably tell me it's my fault. read more

The technicians came out to my work and fixed the crack which was awesome and super convenient for me!!! They also waive your deductible and try to find out the best route for you.
