I honestly can't say enough good things about Got Kidz. The administrative staff and teachers are nothing short of amazing. Our kids have always enjoyed going and have learned more than enough to be prepared for Kindergarten in the fall. They cover every base you could ask for... safety, integrity, academic, and fun. They have an excellent play area that's private, the classrooms are well organized with fun activities, and they even go on field trips to the Discovery Center and Summerfield Zoo. Got Kidz is well worth every penny as it is not just a day care, its a school. I would gladly recommend enrolling any child, and we will miss everyone there! read more

Where do I begin!!! I have extremely mixed feelings about this daycare. One minute, I love it, the next, I am absolutely disgusted by them. Pros: safety - only people with a code can get into the building. If you don't have a code, there is a doorbell in which you are greeted by staff. They stand at the entrance of the door until they know what you want, which then you will be let in or turned away. Love the safety! updated/cleanliness - in comparison to my previous daycare, Got Kidz? is a beautiful facility! Very modern and clean. staff - the staff, overall, is okay. This is where my love for them starts to dwindle, (they will be on the con side also) They are informative, and somewhat friendly, partially organized. Cons: $$$$$$.... Definitely waaaaayy more expensive than any daycare I've looked at! I receive some assistance from the state for daycare. I am approved for 200/month. This is approximately the same price I was paying for my previous daycare. Got Kidz also has random fees set as well. They also charge you the difference of what the state pays and the rate they set per child. EX: $36.73 for my 2 year old is what the state will pay, $38.00 is what the rate is set at for the facility ( this is an example of cost). The difference is $1.27. This is the weekly fee on top of the 200/month. "we don't take coins" is also what was stated... well..... tough. Once I found this out, I was annoyed but no big deal.... Well here is the kicker, they also charge for holidays they aren't even open for!!! Seriously! Maybe it's just me, but I've never experienced that or heard of that before. So lets do the math.... 200/month + 1.27 weekly + Dec 24th (36.73) + Dec 25th (36.73) = approx. $278.54. Why do I have to pay for a day my child isn't even going to be there? "Because the state doesn't pay us for this day" Well no crap, that's one reason why you aren't going to be open. Also, my child was is behind on the vaccinations... I chose to delay vaccinations just a little because I believe a 6 week old child does not need to be hit with viruses so soon, therefore, I delay shots. I honestly wouldn't even have my child vaccinated with ALL of the shots they are given nowadays, BUT this is a whole other story... Anyway, if my child is not up to date on vaccinations, my previous daycare was okay with it, as long as I had them done within a certain time limit.... Got Kidz will not even allow my child to attend unless there is written proof of catching up on vaccinations, which is fine, BUT why wait until the DAY BEFORE they begin daycare to tell me that. Now, they cannot go to daycare due to no written proof that my child will be catching up on shots... staff - they do not tell you EVERYTHING that child needs, ex: vaccinations, all at once. There were about 4 different times I had to go to the doctor office for something that my child needed in order to be enrolled to this daycare. Please just tell me everything so I can just get it done once, not the fourth or fifth time! So frustrating. I do have a job! read more
