We had usually used Sears in the past, and while they were OK, they were substantially more expensive. She had also called Stanley Steemer, who quoted over $350 more for the job. SimplyPure set an appointment on Sunday to give us a firm quote, which was the best we've had. We booked an appointment for Wednesday. They called before coming, and showed up on time. They did a very good job on the carpet, and the tile. My wife's only small nitpick was a couple of items that did not get moved. We knew that the big stuff was not to be moved, so no problem with that. Frankly, these were just a couple of smaller item that really didn't need to be moved anyway, so not a big deal. She said to give 4.5 stars, but that's not really an option, so I went with 4. Bottom line, we will use them again. I see that they also do other services, so we will have them quoted for our next job if it's something they do. Nice work!

Roscoe Glass wanted the VIN, right from the start. Roscoe Glass quoted a price, explained process. Gracious. Zero pressure. Big box companies had some deceptive practices going on. Later some hounded me. (Wanna bet they sold my info, too?) After several days of checking out different versions, decided Roscoe Glass was most confidence inspiring. They had next day apptmts. Excellent. They had kept all the info from the first call. Nice. Took vehicle in the next day. Excellent repair. They explained windshield had been replaced before. There were some problems with how that had been done. As such, there was a small difference on the current windshield installation. Ok, thank you. Thorough. But now comes the magic. I go out to my vehicle. Front door will not unlock. Not with fob, not with key. All others open. Oh dear. What happened? Went back into store. A technician came and checked. He thought something had come loose. (Literally completely incidentally. Not their fault. They had done nothing on the driver side window.) They took the vehicle back into shop. They took the door apart, reattached whatever had come loose. Did not charge extra. Who does this any more? I will not go anywhere else for windshields or glass anything. Now...ask me have i heard from Kevin since February 28, 2020? No, I have not! I called and left a VM for Kevin twice after that. I just received word from my tenant that they had the carpet re-cleaned on March 16th and the cleaner told them that they could not tell that the carpet was cleaned only 2 weeks ago.
