    In the process of ordering firewood and came across this place again , ordered last season and it was a disaster , they promise to deliver full cords and hand load each piece , but these are promises that are not kept, spent more time cleaning up the mess they dropped in my driveway and sorting threw the garbage , also more than 1/2 cord short which they made good on as a warning to other wood burners , stay away from this company.

    They are great for mulch and delivery is free here. I would get mulch again from them but nowhere to unload it.

    Never an issue ordering from here. Always delivered on date needed. Just had my 3rd order delivered in last 3years.

    BUYERS BEWARE as this is a text that I had sent to the owner after poor delivery service and less…read moreproduct than ordered. Your entire job is based upon orders and delivery times. I can understand giving a one or two day window. However, when I ordered on a Friday and I'm told it will be a Wednesday or Thursday delivery, I expect some kind of update if there's no delivery on Thursday. There was no update about my delivery which then made me call on that Friday to inquire about my delivery status. I was told that my order would be delivered the following Sunday. Sunday came and went and I get a text at 9 PM with the ridiculous question, have you received your delivery? At this point it has been nine days since I have ordered and paid for the wood and still no delivery. My wife and I could not believe that we were being asked the question if the wood was delivered or not. I entertained and answered the question stating no I did not receive my delivery and when should I expect it. I'm then told it will be sent on Monday by end of day. Fine, I ordered 100 bags two full cords of wood. I tell you what, 100 bags is not two cords of wood. A cord of wood is 8 feet long by 4 feet high by 4 feet wide. Those bags do not equal to two full cords of wood. So I received less product than I paid for. I paid for 2 full cords and received 1 1/2 face cords. So by digging your feet in making a statement that there are too many variables that you cannot give a specific day is ridiculous. That is the foundation of your job. It is not difficult to count how many bags of wood are on that truck for the day for all the orders. The day before you text each individual that they will receive their order the following morning. If orders aren't completed then that customer is again texted the next evening stating that the delivery will be by end of day next business day. The problem is you don't care about your customers waiting for a week or week and a half for wood that they're waiting for so long as you received your payment. That is a poor business practice. The issue you are having is simple logistics. If you cared enough, you would fix it. However, by you stating that there are too many variables tells me that you have no interest in fixing it at all with no accountability. You certainly charged my credit card immediately and got your money and then delivered a product that's not equal to the amount that I ordered. To say that I'm displeased as an understatement. BUYERS BEWARE, if you choose to do business with this company you too will experience this as well. Less product and poor delivery service. I'm a retired aircraft controller, and what you're stating to me is beyond my comprehension on how a business can be run in this manner and stay successful. You won't be receiving any more business from me.

    The website doesn't mention that the wood may be kiln dried at some point but is exposed to the…read moreelements, negating the drying process. My wood was covered in mud because of "the weather". My complaint was registered with the company and they said "too bad". Find another company
